| المستخلص: | أكد البحث في منهجه وأهدافه على الفعاليات الثقافية في مدينة كربلاء المقدسة وهي الزيارات المليونية لا سيما زيارة الأربعين التي شارك فيها (13874818) زائر من (28) دولة عام (2017)، وبلغ عدد الزائرين فيها عام (2019) (15229955)، فضلاً عن المهرجانات، وأهمها مهرجان ربيع الشهادة الدولي السنوي الذي يقام بتنسيق بين العتبتين الحسينية والعباسية وبمشاركة واسعة من عدد كبير من الجنسيات والذي انطلق منذ عام (2005)، واستمر حتى وصلنا المهرجان الخامس عشر عام (2019) الذي شاركت فيه (288) شخصية من (40) دولة، كذلك المعارض وأهمها معرض كربلاء الدولي للكتاب الذي يقام بالتزامن مع مهرجان ربيع الشهادة الدولي من كل عام، وشارك في المعرض الخامس عشر عام (2019)، (132) جهة من ثمان دول، كما كان للمؤتمرات حضور كبير في الفعاليات الثقافية في المدينة والتي تنظمها عدد كبير من الجهات في المدينة منها جامعة كربلاء بمختلف كلياتها كذلك الكليات الأهلية، فضلاً عن المؤتمرات التي تنظمها العتبتان المقدستان الحسينية والعباسية والمراكز الثقافية في المدينة. تمتلك هذه الفعاليات الثقافية إقليماً وظيفياً واسعاً شمل جميع قارات العالم عدا القارة المتجمدة الجنوبية ولكن الإقليم الأوسع كان للمهرجانات، إذ وصل تأثير المهرجانات إلى ما يقرب من (40) دولة. هذا الأمر يجعل مدينة كربلاء المقدسة من المناطق السياحية المتميزة، كون تأثيرها يصل إلى أرجاء العالم مما يعطيها قوة ناعمة في التأثير على سكان العالم، ويجعل منها محط أنظار العالم ومركز اهتمامهم لما وهبها الله من مميزات سياحية متميزة. These cultural events possess a broad functional region that includes all the continents of the world except for the southern frozen continent, but the broadest region was for festivals, as the impact of festivals reached nearly (40) countries. This matter makes Karbala one of the distinctive tourist areas, as its impact reaches all over the world, which gives it a soft power to influence the world’s population and makes it the focus of attention of the world and the center of their attention to what God has endowed with distinguished tourism features. |
