| 520 | |a تناولت هذه الدراسة التدابير الشرعية المتعلقة بالنظافة والطهارة لحماية الإنسان من الأمراض المعدية، هادفة إلى التعرف على ماهية التدابير الشرعية والأمراض المعدية، وطبيعة هذه الأمراض وأعراضها، حيث تم الوقوف على حقيقة التدابير الشرعية والأمراض المعدية وطبيعة النظافة والطهارة وأهميتها وموقعها في التشريع الإسلامي، حيث ظهر تنوع التدابير الشرعية المتعلقة بالنظافة والطهارة بقصد الحماية من الأمراض المعدية وذلك من خلال تعلقها بالمصادر المستعملة في الحفاظ على النظافة والطهارة، وأن هناك تدابير شرعية تتعلق بالحفاظ على نظافة الأماكن العامة والأفنية والساحات، وتدابير شرعية أخرى تتعلق بنظافة صحة الإنسان ووقايتها من الأمراض المعدية، وفق مظاهر وتفصيلات وردت في هذا البحث. | ||
| 520 | |d Cette étude a traité les mesures légales inhérentes à l'hygiène et à la pureté pour protéger la personne humaine des maladies infectieuses, et dont le but consiste à identifier les mesures légales et les maladies infectieuses, la nature et les symptômes de ces maladies. Elle s’est basée essentiellement sur la réalité de ces mesures, de ces maladies ainsi que sur la nature de la propreté et de la pureté, son importance et son emplacement dans la législation islamique. Légalement parlant, il existe plusieurs mesures régissant la propreté et la pureté, parmi lesquelles figurent le maintien de la propreté des lieux publics, des cours et des places, la protection de la santé humaine et sa prévention des maladies infectieuses, selon les détails prévus dans cette étude. | ||
