| 520 | |a يهدف البحث إلى إبراز الفقه الدعوي من مناظرة سيدنا عبد الله بن عباس للخوارج، ومنهج البحث يقوم على استخدام المنهج التاريخي والمنهج الاستنباطي، وتظهر في ثنايا البحث سمات الداعية (المناظر) التي يتحلى بها، من ذلك: جمال الهيئة، والعلم والبصيرة، والصبر، والإيجابية، والقدرة على المناظرة، والعلم بحال المدعوين، والتعاون مع الحكام في حفظ الدين، ويظهر في البحث الخوارج وأصولهم وسماتهم التي تدل عليهم، من ذلك: أنهم صغار في السن والعلم، وضعف بصيرتهم، وسوء فهمهم، وتشددهم، وترك المحكم واتباع المتشابه، ورفض الحوار، والعواطف غير المضبوطة، ثم صلب موضوع المناظرة، باستقصاء حجج الخوارج ورد الشبهات باعتماد مرجعية القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية، ثم بيان الأساليب المستخدمة في المناظرة التي تفيد الدعاة، مثل أسلوب الاستدراج، والاستفهام، والقياس، والسبر والتقسيم، والتفنيد، وكلها أساليب تبرز قضية المناظرة وتدحض حجج الخوارج، وتخلص الدراسة إلى: بيان واجب الدعاة تجاه المنحرفين، وضرورة التعاون مع الحكام لتحقيق مقاصد الدين، وبيان سبل الاستفادة من هذه المناظرة. | ||
| 520 | |b The research aims to highlight the advocacy jurisprudence from the debate of our master Abdullah bin Abbas to the Kharijites and the methodology of the research is based on the use of the historical and deductive method and in the course of the research the features of the preacher (the sights) appear in him including: beauty of the body knowledge insight, patience and positivity. The ability to debate knowledge of the status of those invited, and cooperation with rulers in preserving religion, the Kharijites their origins and their attributes that indicate them appear in the research: they are young in age and knowledge their poor insight their misunderstanding, their strictness the refusal of the arbitrator and the following the similarities, the refusal of dialogue, and the controlled emotions. In the debate that benefits the preachers such as the method of persuasion interrogation, measurement probing and division and refutation all of which highlight the debate and the refutation of the Kharijites and the study concludes: the statement of the preachers and deviant preachers Tunisia cooperation to this debate. | ||
