| المستخلص: | Le phénomène de l'exploitation sexuelle des enfants par le biais des sites Internet a conduit à la disponibilité de moyens pour l'industrie et la diffusion de pornographie destinée aux enfants. Pour lutter contre ce phénomène, la communauté internationale a intensifié ses efforts par l’adoption de plusieurs conventions et l’organisation des conférences internationales pour promouvoir la sécurité des enfants. A cet égard, l’Algérie, à l’instar des autres pays, a su prendre des mesures legislatives nécessaires pour protéger l'enfant de tels actes et punir leurs auteurs. تشكل ظاهرة الاستغلال الجنسي للأطفال عبر مواقع شبكة الإنترنت معضلة عالمية ليس ثمة دولة بمنأى عنها، فالاستخدام المتزايد للإنترنت أدى إلى إتاحة الوسائل لصناعة ونشر المواد الإباحية التي تستهدف الطفل. ولمكافحة هذه الظاهرة كثف المجتمع الدولي جهوده عبر إصداره للعديد من الاتفاقيات وعقد مؤتمرات دولية لتعزيز أمن الطفل، كما سعت الدول ومن بينها الجزائر إلى اتخاذ التدابير اللازمة في تشريعاتها لحماية الطفل بتجريم هذه الأفعال وإنزال العقاب على مرتكبيها. The phenomenon of sexual exploitation of children via the Internet sites a global problem, there is no country immune to it, growing of the Internet has led to the availability of the means to manufacture and dissemination of child pornography aimed at children. To combat this phenomenon, the international community stepped up efforts over the release of many of the conventions and international conferences to promote child safety, has also sought countries, including Algeria, to take the necessary measures in the legislation to protect the child criminalize such acts and punish the perpetrators. |
