| المستخلص: | Les bouleversements rapides que le monde a connus à la fin du deuxième millénaire se sont accompagnés du changement du concept de jeu chez l’enfant, avec l'émergence de jeux électroniques, une conséquence inévitable de l’expansion des technologies de l'information(IT). Ce phénomène est devenu aujourd’hui une source de préoccupation majeure qui menace la stabilité de toute la société, compte tenu des problèmes alarmants qui pourraient résulter d'une telle situation. Par conséquent, il est grand temps de penser à promulguer des lois efficaces et conclure des conventions internationales afin de protéger juridiquement ces enfants contre les dangers qui entourent ce type de jeux et contre leurs influences négatives. إن التغير السريع الذي شهده العالم مع نهاية الألفية الثانية رافقه تغير مفهوم اللعب عند الأطفال، حيث ظهرت الألعاب الإلكترونية كنتيجة حتمية للطفرة المعلوماتية. وباتت تشكل مصدر قلق يهدد استقرار مجتمع بأكمله لما قد ينتج عنها من سلبيات بالغة الضرر مما يستوجب إصدار قوانين فعالة وإبرام اتفاقيات دولية لتوفير الحماية القانونية لهؤلاء الأطفال من مخاطر ما يحيط بهذا النوع من الألعاب من تأثيرات سلبية. The rapid change that the world had witnessed by the end of the second millennium was accompanied by the change in the concept of play for children, with the emergence of electronic games, as an inevitable result of information technology (IT) boom. This phenomenon has become a source of concern that threatens the stability of the entire society, considering the serious problems that could result from such a situation. Consequently, it is urgent to issue some effective laws and conclude international conventions to provide legal protection for these children from the dangers that surround this kind of games, and from their negative influences |
