| المستخلص: | عد الإسلام المرأة والرجل مخلوقين متساويين، وبين القرآن الكريم العلاقة بين الرجل والمرأة التي يجب أن تقوم على الحب والرحمة. وهذا ما يدل على عظمة الله عز وجل الذي لم يفرق بين مخلوقاته. ركز الإسلام في جميع تعاليمه وأحكامه على سلامة المرأة ورفعة شأنها وتعزيز مكانتها وقدرها، وكان اهتمام الإسلام بقضايا المرأة سباقا ونوعيا إذ إنه أشار إلى تفاصيل الحقوق وعمومها، فلم يترك قضية مغلقة ولا جزئية معلقة في حقوق المرأة إلا أنصفها وأسهب في شرحها وتعميمها. على الرغم من حجم الجهود المبذولة عالميا في سبيل إنصاف المرأة ورعايتها وتحريرها من قيود التذلل والامتهان والعبودية، وما لحقته، آثار وشوائب وعادات مجتمعية متغلغلة على مستوى العالمين الحديث والمتأخر. Islam counts a woman and a man as equal creatures, and between the Holy Qur’an the relationship between a man and a woman that must be based on love and mercy. This indicates the greatness of God Almighty, who did not differentiate between his creatures. In all of his teachings and rulings, Islam focused on the safety of women, raising their status and enhancing their position and ability, and Islam's interest in women's issues was a precedent and qualitative, as it pointed to the details of rights and their generalities, leaving no closed or partial issue pending in women's rights except fairness and elaboration and generalization. In spite of the size of the efforts exerted globally in the interests of women's fairness, care and liberation from the restrictions of humiliation, insult and slavery, and the effects, impurities and customs of society penetrated at the level of the modern and late worlds. |
