| 520 | |d Le mariage est l’union d’un homme et d’une femme, c’est-à-dire la création d’une nouvelle communauté de vie appelée famille. Mais le mariage pour quelques familles n’est pas un choix, mais une obligation comme le mariage précoce. Chaque année, plusieurs filles sont mariées de force avant l’âge de 18 ans. Ces filles voient alors leurs droits à l’enfance et à l’éducation et à l’enseignement volés. Le mariage précoce maintient les jeunes filles dans des conditions de pauvreté et d’impuissance, aussi, il a un impact négatif direct sur la santé et le développement humain. L’Algérie a ratifié plusieurs conventions internationales relatives aux droits humains; et la législation algérienne a relevé l’âge au mariage, l’article 7 du code de la famille. | ||
| 520 | |a إن الزواج هو ذلك الرابط الذي يجع بين الرجل والمرأة، ويعني خلق مجتمع جديد يسمى بالأسرة. إلا أن هذا الرابط عوض أن يكون اختياريا أصبح عند بعض العائلات أمرا إجباريا كالزواج المبكر. فكل سنة، يتم تزويج العديد من الفتيات بالقوة قبل سن الثامنة عشر (18 سنة). الأمر الذي يشعرهن بأن حقوقهن في الطفولة والتربية والتعليم قد سرقت. فبسبب الزواج المبكر تعيش الفتيات في ظل ظروف الفقر والعجز، زيادة إلى تأثيره السلبي المباشر على الصحة والتنمية البشرية. ففي هذا السياق، صادقت الجزائر على العديد من الاتفاقيات المتعلقة بحقوق الإنسان، كما رفع التشريع من سن الزواج وهذا طبقا للمادة 7 من قانون الأسرة. | ||

But marriage for some families is not a choice, but an obligation like “early marriage”. Each year, several girls are forcibly married before the age of 18. These girls then see their rights to childhood and to education and teaching stolen. Early marriage keeps girls in conditions of poverty and helplessness, and has a direct negative impact on health and human development. In this sense, Algeria has ratified several international conventions on human rights, and legislation raised the age of marriage in accordance with the article 7 of the family code. | ||
