| المستخلص: | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلي التعرف علي مدي أهمية تطبيق ممارسات التصنيع الخالي من الفاقد باعتبارها أحد النظم الحديثة والمعاصرة، وما يعكسه تطبيق هذه الممارسات من آثار هامة ونافعة للمنظمة متمثلة في تخفيض العيوب وفي نفس الوقت تخفيض تكاليف تحقيق ذلك، والحد من استنزاف الموارد الطبيعية والتلوث البيئي، وتحقيق رضا العملاء بالتطبيق علي قطاع صناعات الأجهزة المنزلية والهندسية في محافظة الإسكندرية، وتمثلت مشكلة الدارسة في عدم انتهاج وتبني العديد من الشركات للنظم التصنيعية المعاصرة ومنها نظام التصنيع الخالي من الفاقد والذي يهدف لتحسين الأهداف التشغيلية والاستراتيجية للمنظمة، وفي سبيل الوصول لهذا الهدف تم تطوير سبعة فروض مفادها أن تطبيق ممارسات التصنيع الخالي من الفاقد يمكن أن تؤثر علي تحسين أداء المنظمة، وتم الاعتماد على قائمة استقصاء طورها الباحث لجمع البيانات الأولية التي تخدم غرض الدراسة، ومن خلال مقياس كرونباخ الفا تم التأكد من ثبات مقاييس متغيرات الدراسة، وباستخدام أسلوب تحليل الانحدار البسيط تم اختبار فروض الدراسة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلي وجود تأثير إيجابي لممارسات التصنيع الخالي من الفاقد علي أداء المنظمة في الشركات محل الدراسة، كما أوصيت الدراسة بعدة توصيات أبزها ضرورة نشر ثقافة التصنيع الخالي من الفاقد كأحد آليات المساعدة في تعظيم المنفعة التي يحصل عليها العميل لما لها من آثار إيجابية على ترشيد التكاليف، وتحسين الجودة، وزيادة الربحية للمنظمة. The research aims to show the importance of lean manufacturing practices as one of the modern and contemporary systems and the beneficial effects that application of these practices have for the organization represented in reducing defects, the costs, and depletion of natural resources and environmental pollution, by applying to the Home appliances and engineering sector in Alexandria. The problem of the research was represented in the failure of many companies to adopt with contemporary manufacturing systems, including reducing defects, the costs, which aims to improve the operational and strategic objectives of the organization. In order to reach this goal, seven hypotheses were developed that the application of lean manufacturing practices could affect the improvement of the organization's performance, and A survey Questionnaire developed by the researcher to collect the initial data. Based on Cronbach Alfa Index has confirmed the reliability of the variables measurements, using the regression analysis method, the study hypotheses were tested, and The study found that here were positive effect of the Lean manufacturing practices on the organization's performance in the companies under study. The study also recommended several recommendations, most notably that need to publish A culture of Lean manufacturing as one of the mechanisms to help maximize the benefit that the customer gets because of its positive effects on rationalizing costs, improving quality, and increasing the profitability of the organization. |
