| 520 | |a هدفت الدراسة الحالية للكشف عن دور القيادة التحويلية في تفعيل ادارة المعرفة لأداء مديري المدارس الثانوية من وجهة نظر المدرسين في محافظة واسط، واعتمد في البحث الوصفي التحليلي. بلغ مجتمع البحث (400) مدير في المدارس الثانوية التابعة للمديرية العامة لتربية محافظة واسط، وتم اختيار عينة البحث بشكل عشوائي وبلغ عدد أفراد العينة (135) مدرس. وتم اعتماد استبانة تضمنت (39) فقرة القيادة التحويلية واستبانة لإدارة المعرفة تكونت من (17) فقرة، وتأكد الباحث من صدقها واتساقها. وتم تحليل نتائج بيانات البحث باستعمال برامج (SPSS)، وخرج الباحث بالعديد من الاستنتاجات منها وجود أثر ذي دلالة معنوية للقيادة التحويلية على مستوى اداء مديري المدارس الثانوية في محافظة واسط وكذلك وجود أثر لإدارة المعرفة على اداء مديري المدارس وجود أثر للقيادة التحويلية على اداء مديري المدارس من خلال إدارة المعرفة وبناء على استنتاجات البحث تمت صياغة توصيات عديدة. | ||
| 520 | |b The current study aimed to reveal the role of transformational leadership in activating knowledge management for the performance of secondary school principals in Wasit Governorate, and was adopted in the descriptive and analytical research The research population reached (200) principals in secondary schools affiliated to the General Directorate of Education in Wasit Governorate. The research sample was randomly selected and the number of sample members reached (135) school principals. A questionnaire was adopted that included (39) paragraphs of transformational leadership and a questionnaire for knowledge management that consisted of (17) items, and the researcher made sure of their validity and consistency. The results of the research data were analyzed using the (SPSS) program, and the researcher came up with several conclusions, including the presence of a significant impact of transformational leadership on the performance of secondary school principals in Wasit Governorate, as well as the existence of an impact of knowledge management on the performance of school principals and the presence of an impact of transformational leadership on the performance of school principals Through knowledge management and based on the research findings, several recommendations were formulated. | ||
