| 520 | |a عنوان البحث: الفوائد الفقهية المستنبطة من أحاديث زبد البحر. فكرة البحث: جمع اللطائف والمسائل الفقهية الموجودة في الأحاديث المتضمنة لعبارة زبد البحر، ومن ثم تخريج تلك الأحاديث، وبيان درجتها عند المحدثين، ومعناها العام، وغريب الحديث إن وجد، واستخراج ما تضمنته من فوائد فقهية، وتحرير الخلاف فيها مع ذكر الأدلة والراجح إن استوجب الأمر الترجيح، خطة البحث: يحتوي البحث على مقدمة، ذكرت فيها أهمية الموضوع وسبب اختياره والخطة التي اتبعتها في كتابته، وتمهيد شرحت فيه مفردات العنوان، ويشتمل البحث على مبحثين، تضمنت الأحاديث النبوية الشريفة والفوائد المستنبطة، ومرتبة بحسب أبواب الفقه الإسلامي، ثم ختمت بحثي بتوصيات ومقترحات ثم ثبت للمصادر والمراجع. منهجي في البحث: أصدر الكلام بالحديث النبوي، ثم أبين المعنى العام بصياغة عصرية تتناسب ومتطلبات البحث، ثم اذكر المسألة الفقهية التي تضمنها الحديث، ثم بيان معنى المسألة الفقهية لغة واصطلاحا، وأذكر أقوال الأئمة الفقهاء فيها وأدلتهم من الكتاب والسنة ووجه دلالتها، وأبين الراجح من تلك الأقوال، بعد عرضها ومناقشة أدلتها، انتهى. | ||
| 520 | |b Grouping the witticisms and jurisprudential questions existing in the traditions contained under the title Zabad Al Bahr, verifying these traditions, explaining the reliability of their authenticity according to scholars, their general meaning, strange tradition if any, picking out their content of Jurisprudential worth's, editing the dissidence and mentioning the proves and the preponderant proof in case of likelihood. Outlines: The paper contains an introduction in which the importance and the reason behind choosing the topic is mentioned, the plan followed in writing the paper, and a forword containing the vocabularies of the title. The paper is devided into two sections including the prophitic traditions and the devised worth's ordered according to the field of the Islamic jurisprudence. The paper is concluded by recommendations, suggestions and a bibiliography. Methodology: first, I mentioned the prophitic tradition, and I explained its general meaning in a contemporary method fiting the needs of the paper, then I mentioned the jurisprudential question that the prophitic tradition contains, after that I stated the linguistic and idiomatic meaning of the jurisprudential question, then again I mentioned the opinions of the imams and jurists and the proves of the Quran and Sunna they followed and the reliability of their proves. finally I stated the scholars preponderant opinion after presenting and discussing them. | ||
