| المستخلص: | يهدف هذا البحث إلى إبراز مختلف الجوانب الأساسية لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة في الجزائر، مرورا بتجربة الدول النامية عامة والدول العربية خاصة، وذلك بالتركيز على مساعي الجزائر في تحقيق هذه التنمية، حيث تسعى إلى تدارك مشاكلها التنموية من خلال دعم مسار التنمية المستدامة في ظل المشاريع الكبرى، إذ تسعى إلى تأهيل الاقتصاد الوطني للاندماج عالميا من خلال رفع الكفاءة الاقتصادية للمؤسسات الوطنية وتأهيل العنصر البشري، وهذا ما جاء به برنامج الإنعاش الاقتصادي منذ سنة 1999 إلى 2014 وكذا النظرة الاستشرافية إلى ما بعد 2015 وما هي الخطط المزمع تطبيقها لتحقيق الأهداف التي تصبو إليها في مجال التنمية المستدامة. Cette recherche vise à mettre en évidence les différents aspects fondamentaux du développement durable en Algérie, à travers l'expérience des pays en développement en général en particulier les pays arabes, et en mettant l'accent sur les efforts de l'Algérie dans la réalisation de ce développement, car il vise à remédier aux problèmes de développement en soutenant la voie du développement durable à la lumière des grands projets, Il vise à réhabiliter l'économie nationale à intégrer dans le monde en améliorant l'efficience économique des institutions nationales et la réhabilitation de l'élément humain, et ceci est ce qui a amené par le programme de relance économique depuis 1999 à 2014, ainsi que les perspectives au-delà de 2015 et les plans doivent être appliquées pour atteindre les objectifs de la dans le champ Développement durable. This research aims to highlight the various basic aspects for achieving sustainable development in Algeria, having the experience of developing countries in general and Arab countries in particular, by focusing on Algeria's endeavors to achieve this development, as it seeks to remedy its development problems by supporting the path of sustainable development in the light of major projects, It seeks to rehabilitate the national economy for global integration by raising the economic efficiency of national institutions and qualifying the human element, and this is what the economic recovery program came from 1999 to 2014, as well as the outlook beyond 2015, and what plans are to be applied to achieve the goals you aspire to in the field of sustainable development.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2021 |
