| المستخلص: | يهدف البحث الى تشجيع أعمال الرقمنة في الدول العربية وزيادة استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات مع امكانية استخدام تقنيات الاتصالات والمعلومات في توثيق التراث العربي مما يسهل حفظه واسترجاعه. ونشر التراث العربي على شبكة الانترنت عن طريق إنشاء بوابة الكترونية عن تراث العالم العربي للحفاظ على الذاكرة التراثية الإجمالية لشعوب العالم العربي المساعدة في تحديد ووضع المعايير في تطبيق تكنولوجيا معلومات التراث بتوفير إرشادات معيارية وقواعد بيانات متكاملة ذات إتاحة عالية لمتطلبات تكنولوجيا المعلومات ومن أهم لنتائج التي خرج بها البحث 1. المساعدة في تحديد ووضع المعايير في تطبيق تكنولوجيا معلومات التراث بتوفير إرشادات معيارية، وقواعد بيانات متكاملة ذات إتاحة عالية لمتطلبات تكنولوجيا معلومات التراث، ولقواعد بيانات متاحة شاملة. 2. اعداد ونشر بوابة الكترونية على شبكة الانترنت تعرض ما تم توثيقه من كافة الدول والمؤسسات المشاركة مع امكانية التحديث المستمر لها. 3. حفظ الذاكرة الإجمالية لتراث العالم العربي. 4. تشجيع الرقمنة والتوسع في استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات في توثيق التراث. وكانت ابر التوصيات هي 1. حفظ وتوثيق تراث المخطوطات العربية إلكترونيا لتأصيل معرفة الأجيال القادمة بتراثها. 2. الإسهام في زيادة المحتوى العربي الخاص بالمخطوطات مع المحافظة على تحقيق أعلى درجات من الدقة والأصالة. 3. إبراز إسهامات الحضارة العربية والإسلامية على الحضارة العالمية بوجه عام، وفي تطور المعرفة العلمية بشكل خاص. 4. المساعدة في تحديد وضع معايير التوثيق الخاصة بتراث المخطوطات العربية في العصر الرقمي. The aim of the research is to encourage digitalization in Arab countries and to increase the use of information technology. The use of ICTs in documenting the Arab heritage can be easily preserved and retrieved, and published on the Internet through the creation of an electronic portal on the heritage of the Arab world which will assist in defining and setting standards in the application of heritage information technology by providing standardized guidance and integrated databases with high availability of information technology requirements. One of the most important results of the research 1. Assist in setting and standardizing the application of heritage information technology by providing standard guidance, integrated databases with high availability of heritage information technology requirements, and comprehensive available databases. 2. Preparing and publishing an electronic portal on the internet that presents the documented documents from all participating countries and institutions with the possibility of updating them continuously. 3. Preserve the total memory of the heritage of the Arab world. 4. Encourage the digitization and expansion of the use of information technology in heritage documentation. The best recommendations were 1. To preserve and document the heritage of Arabic manuscripts electronically to consolidate the knowledge of future generations about their heritage. 2. Contribute to increase the Arabic content of manuscripts while maintaining the highest degree of accuracy and originality. 3. To highlight the contribution of Arab and Islamic civilization to global civilization in general and to the development of scientific knowledge in particular. 4. Assist in determining the development of documentation standards for the heritage of Arabic manuscripts in the digital age |
