| المستخلص: | استهدفت الدراسة الحالية التعرف بشبكات التواصل الاجتماعي وتطبيقاتها المختلفة وكيفية الإفادة من معطياتها في تطوير الأداء التعليمي وتعظيم النواتج الإيجابية للتفاعل البشري المعتمد عليها، مع بيان المخاطر المصاحبة لإساءة استخدامها واقتراح السبل الكفيلة بمواجهة تلك المخاطر. وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي حيث قامت الباحثة بتحليل الأدبيات المرتبطة بمفهوم شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي ونشأتها وتطورها، وكذا أنواعها وخصائصها ومجالات استخدامها، ثم استعراض وجهات النظر ونتائج الدراسات السابقة التي أشارت إلى إمكانية الإفادة من التأثيرات الإيجابية لهذه الشبكات – وبصفة خاصة في مجال التعليم – وكيفية مواجهة التأثيرات السلبية لشبكات التواصل الاجتماعي، ثم إعداد استبانة لاستطلاع آراء مجموعة من التربويين حول الدور الذي يمكن أن يلعبه التعليم في الإفادة من التداعيات الإيجابية لشبكات التواصل الاجتماعي وكذلك مواجهة التداعيات السلبية لها، وكذا المعوقات التي يمكن أن تواجه التعليم في قيامه بهذا الدور وكيفية التغلب على تلك المعوقات. وفي ضوء نتائج التحليل النظري، كذا في ضوء ما أسفرت عنه نتائج التحليل الإحصائي للبيانات الناتجة من تطبيق الاستبانة فقد طرحت هذه الدراسة رؤيتها لكيفية إفادة التعليم مما تقدمه هذه الشبكات من إمكانيات لا محدودة، ومواجهة تداعياتها السلبية. The present study aimed at definition social networking and its various applications and how to benefit from their input in the development of educational performance and to maximize the positive outcomes of the interaction of the human approved it, with the risks associated with misuse and propose ways to address those risks statement. The study was descriptive approach used as the researcher analyzed the literature related to the concept of social networking and origins and evolution of networks, as well as the types and characteristics and areas of use, and then review the views and the results of previous studies that indicated the possibility of benefiting from the positive to these networks - effects, particularly in the field of education -ukiewih face The negative effects of social networks, and then prepare a questionnaire to solicit the views of a group of educators about the role that could be played in education to take advantage of the positive implications of social networks, as well as face the consequences of Negative to her, as well as the obstacles that could face education in carrying out this role and how to overcome those obstacles. In light of the results of theoretical analysis, as well as in the light of the outcome of the results of statistical analysis of the data resulting from the application of the questionnaire, this study put forward its vision of how to benefit education than provided by these networks of Amehdodh possibilities, and the face of negative consequences. |
