| المستخلص: | The relationship of power to the tribe is one of the complex relationships in the history of ideas and facts deepened by historical experiences. In this context, the Islamic Maghreb is one of the ideal environments for this problem. Based on this, I attempted to address this matter in this paper through the theory of Abdul Rahman bin Khuldoon.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2021 Le rapport entre le pouvoir et l’attribut, est l’un des rapports compliqué dans l’histoire des pansée et des réalités qui sont les plus approfondies par les expériences historiques.
