| 520 | |f This study aims to highlight the role played by the family in Algerian society by demonstrating its importance as the first and most important institution for socialization. The family provides a generation to society and strives to nurture it as an important nucleus for building the latter. It is also considered one of the most important subformats that develop and change the overall pattern of society as a whole. In this manner, the phenomenon of divorce, which has been and continues to affect society's body as a whole, which is the most important obstacle in this building, works to dismantle the family and thus society. The study also aims to conduct a field social survey that will help investigate the problem and address it from reality and understand the causes that lead to this phenomenon, the backgrounds and reasons for its emergence, and its consequences and dimensions.
