| المستخلص: | موسومة (بأهم المؤلفات في دور النشوء والتأسيس في الغرب الإسلامي).\nالحمد لله رب العالمين، والصلاة والسلام على سيد الأنبياء والمرسلين محمد بن عبدالله صلى الله عليه وسلم وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين، أما بعد،\nفالمذهب المالكي ينتشر في الشمال الأفريقي بشكل أساسي، ويشمل دول الجزائر والسودان وتونس والمغرب وليبيا وموريتانيا.\nويعد كتاب الموطأ من أهم مدونات السنة، ومن الأصول الأولى في الحديث والفقه معا؛ ولذلك اهتم بروايته وخدمته علماء الأمة عبر قرون منذ تأليفه إلى اليوم، فتبنوه وجعلوه عمدتهم ومرجعهم، ولم يزل في انتشار واشتهار حتى غطى على غيره من أمهات كتب السنة، وسنعرض في هذه الورقة أهم المصنفات في الغرب الإسلامي، التي سنتعرض إلى تقسيمها في أربعة مطالب على النحو التالي:\nمقدمة: ويتم فيها عرض نبذه عن المذهب المالكي، وطريقة انتشاره وتدوينه في الغرب الإسلامي، وأسباب اختيار الباحث للمؤلفات، وكذلك عرض المؤلفات وتصنيفها والوقوف على حيثياتها، ومنها إلى المطالب.\nالمطلب الأول: مؤلفات مرحلة النشوء والتكوين.\nالمطلب الثاني: مؤلفات مرحلة التطور.\nالمطلب الثالث: مؤلفات مرحلة الاستقرار.\nالمطلب الرابع: مؤلفات تراجم علماء المذهب، ومنها للخاتمة التي تضم النتائج والتوصيات.\nوبعد جمع هذه المؤلفات وعرضها حسب المراحل المعدة في البحت خلصت الباحثة إلى التعرف على هذه المؤلفات بالوقوف على حيثيتها حيث أظهرت لنا مادة علمية سيتم عرضها في ثنايا البحث إن شاء الله.\n It has been titled as (the most important literature in the role of creation and establishment in the Islamic West).\nPraise be to Allah, the Lord of the universe, and blessings and peace be upon the leader of the Prophets and Messengers Muhammad ibn Abdullah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) and his family and companions.\nMaliki school (of jurisprudence) has predominantly spread in northern Africa, including Algeria, Sudan, Tunisia, Libya, Mauritania, and Morocco.\nThe book of Muwatta' is one of the most important books preserving the records of the Sunnah and one of the first original books (dealing with) hadith and jurisprudence together. Therefore, the scholars of the Ummah have been interested in its narration and service over centuries since it was authored to the present day. They adopted it and made it their support and reference. It is still spreading and (enjoys) popularity and even dominates other major books dealing with the subject of Sunnah. In this paper, we will present the most important works in the Islamic West, which we will divide into four chapters as follows:\nForeword: It includes an introduction of the Maliki school of jurisprudence, how it spread and was recorded in the Islamic West, why the researcher chose the literature works, as well as the presentation and classification of the literature and identifying their standings. It is followed by chapters.\nThe first chapter: the books written at the stage of development and formation.\nThe second chapter: the literature of the stage of evolution.\nThe third chapter: the literature of the stabilization phase.\nThe fourth chapter: biographies of the scholars of Malki school.\nThese chapters are followed by the conclusion that contains conclusions and recommendations.\nAfter collecting these works and presenting them according to the stages prepared in the study, the researcher identified these works by finding out their standing where she brought us a scientific material that will be presented inside the research, God willing.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2021 |
