| 520 | |f The research discusses the restoration and maintenance of a ceramic plate belonging to the Museum of Islamic Art in Cairo, which was found in the archaeological city of Al-Fustat. It was admitted to the museum in 1919 A.D. It is preserved in the museum’s store registry under No. 5412. This study aims to restore and maintain the previously repaired ceramic plate. This has become a necessary condition to preserve it due to the deterioration of the previous restoration materials. The treatment was carried out by recording and documenting the status of the archaeology and using various methods of examination and analysis. Examples include visual inspection, the use of a digital microscope, analysis using X-ray diffraction, examination and analysis using a scanning electron microscope (SEM) with an Energy Dispersive unit (EDX), as well as analysis by Infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The examination was conducted to study the chemical and mineralogical composition of the ceramics and identify the most important aspects of damage and old restoration materials. The restoration and maintenance process was carried out by mechanical cleaning and then chemical cleaning, followed by the initial assembly phase, then final assembly using the aloe bar adhesive B72 at a concentration of 70%, then complete the missing parts using a mixture of (pottery powder + araldite adhesive 1306) then coloring the completed parts and making the final touch up using the ceramic colors lighter than the original color.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2021 | ||
| 520 | |a يتناول البحث دراسة إعادة ترميم وصيانة طبق من الخزف من مقتنيات متحف الفن الإسلامي بالقاهرة. وقد تم العثور عليه في مدينة الفسطاط الأثرية، وألحق بالمتحف سنة 1919م، وهو محفوظ في سجل مخازن المتحف تحت رقم (5412). وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إعادة ترميم وصيانة الطبق الخزفي السابق ترميمه من قبل حيث أصبح ذلك مطلباً ضرورياً للحفاظ عليه نظراً لتلف مواد الترميم السابقة. وأجريت المعالجة من خلال تسجيل وتوثيق حالة الأثر، وكذلك استخدام بعض طرق الفحص والتحليل المتنوعة. ومن أمثلتها الفحص البصري، واستخدام الميكروسكوب الضوئي الرقمي والتحليل باستخدام حيود الأشعة السينية والفحص والتحليل باستخدام الميكروسكوب الإلكتروني الماسح (SEM) المزود بوحدة تشتيت الطاقة (EDX)، وكذلك التحليل بطيف الأشعة تحت الحمراء (FTIR). وأجريت الفحوص لدراسة التركيب الكيمائي والمعدني للخزف وكذلك التعرف على أهم مظاهر التلف ومواد الترميم القديمة. وتمت عملية الترميم والصيانة بالتنظيف الميكانيكي ثم التنظيف الكيميائي، تلي ذلك مرحلة التجميع المبدئي ثم التجميع النهائي باستخدام لاصق البار الويد B72 بنسبة تركيز 70% ثم استكمال الأجزاء الناقصة باستخدام خليط من (مسحوق الفخار + لاصق الارالديت 1306) ثم تلوين الأجزاء المستكملة وعمل الرتوش النهائية باستخدام ألوان السيراميك بلون أفتح من اللون الأصلي. | ||
