| 520 | |a يهدف هذا البحث إلى الكشف عن الصعوبات التي تواجه تطبيق التعليم الإلكتروني في التدريس من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة بنغازي وفروعها وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكونت عينة البحث من (200) عضو هيئة تدريس بدرجات علمية مختلفة تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية، للعام الجامعي 2015-2016. وللتحقق من هدف البحث تم تطوير استبيان مكون من (50) فقرة موزعة على خمس مجالات رئيسية، وقد تم التحقق من صدقها وثباتها، وأشارت النتائج إلى أن جميع فقرات الاستبيان تمثل صعوبات تواجه تطبيق التعليم الإلكتروني في التدريس بالجامعات الليبية، حيث احتلت الصعوبات المتعلقة بالمنهج الترتيب الأول، في حين جاءت الصعوبات المتعلقة بالطلبة بالترتيب الثاني، تليها الصعوبات المتعلقة بالإدارة الجامعية، ثم الصعوبات المتعلقة بالخبرة في مجال التعليم الإلكتروني، وأخير الصعوبات المتعلقة بالبنية التحتية. | ||
| 520 | |b This research aims at exposing the difficulties which faces the application of e-learning in teaching from the viewpoint of faculty members at the University of Benghazi and its branches, and the descriptive and analytical approach was used, and the research sample was formed of 200 faculty members with different scientific degrees and were chosen randomly, for the academic year 2015-2016. And in verifying the aim of the research, a questionnaire was developed which was composed of 50 article distributed on five major fields, and their reliability and constancy was confirmed. The results showed that all questionnaire articles represent difficulties facing the e-learning application in teaching in the Libyan Universities, where curriculum related difficulties came in the first place, whereas difficulties related to students came in the second place, followed by difficulties related to the University Administration, and then difficulties related to experience in the field of e-learning, and finally difficulties related to infrastructure. | ||
