| 520 | |b The study aimed to identify the relationship between the work pressure with the educational leadership among the directorates of school in the district of stubble of irbid at kingdom of Jordan, where the study sample consisted of (96) directorate of the departments of the school in the district. Where the researchers adapted the scale of work pressure by (yarkindy, 2001) and scale test of educational leadership by (morsi, 1998), the study was concluded after statistic treatment to a set of rules, which is that (36.5%) members of the sample suffered from the pressure of work, as also shown that (79%) members of the sample suffer from their inability to use aspects of educational leadership in addition to that there are no statistically significant relationship between the pressure of work and educational leadership. The result also showed that there were no statistically signify can't differences in the degree of work pressures and educational leadership according to change sets a qualification, the number of years of experience, and educational stage. | ||
| 520 | |a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على العلاقة ما بين ضغط العمل بالقيادة التربوية لدى مديرات المدارس في لواء قصبة اربد في المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية، حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من (96) مديرة من مديرات المدارس في اللواء، حيث قام الباحثان بتبني مقياس ضغط العمل من إعداد (ياركندي، 2001) ومقياس اختبار القيادة التربوية من إعداد (مرسي، 1998)، وقد توصلت الدراسة بعد المعالجة الإحصائية إلى مجموعة من النتائج وهي أن (36.5%) من أفراد العينة يعانون من ضغوط العمل، كما بينت النتائج أن (79%) من أفراد العينة تعاني من عدم قدرتهن على استخدام جوانب القيادة التربوية، بالإضافة إلى أنه لا توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين ضغوط العمل والقيادة التربوية، كما أظهرت النتائج أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجات ضغوط العمل والقيادة التربوية وفقا للمتغيرات الموضوعة وهى: المؤهل العلمي، عدد سنوات الخدمة، والمرحلة التعليمية. | ||
