| 520 | |b The aim of the study was to set a suggested proposal of professional self development for basic education teachers in Egypt in the light of the requirements of knowledge economy. Also, it aims to identify the most important features of professional self development for basic education teachers in Egypt. The study followed the descriptive approach and used the questionnaire as a tool to collect data. The study revealed several results. The most prominent results are poor keeping up of teachers with the latest updates in the field of learning and teaching methods, decreasing of skills of some teachers in the use of various technological means, teaches time constraints in the light of the teaching burdens required, teachers ’awareness of the importance of free reading in expanding Knowledge horizons and keeping up with the latest age updates which enhances teaches self-confidence. | ||
| 520 | |a هدفت الدراسة إلى وضع تصور مقترح للتنمية المهنية الذاتية لمعلمي التعليم الأساسي بمصر على ضوء متطلبات اقتصاد المعرفة، الوقوف على أهم ملامح التنمية المهنية الذاتية لمعلمي التعليم الأساسي بمصر. اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي واستخدمت الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج لعل من أبرزها ضعف مواكبة المعلمين للمستجدات في مجال التعلم وطرق التدريس، انخفاض مهارات بعض المعلمين في استخدام الوسائل التكنولوجية المختلفة، ضيق وقت المعلم في ظل الأعباء التدريسية المطلوبة منه، إدراك المعلمين أهمية القراءة الحرة في توسيع الآفاق المعرفية، ومواكبة مستجدات العصر مما يعزز من ثقة المعلم بنفسه. | ||
