| المستخلص: | La croissance de la demande d’énergie et la protection de l’environnement rendent nécessaire le changement du modèle énergétique de l’Algérie. En effet, l’analyse de ce modèle montre l’urgence de la transition vers un modèle durable. Ainsi, dès 2011 l’Etat a mis en place un programme stratégique de transition. Par cet article, nous évaluons cette stratégie énergétique et ses enjeux. Pour ce faire, nous avons adopté une méthodologie basée sur une approche socioéconomique de cette transition qui nécessite d’importants moyens pour permettre une convergence vers un système énergétique durable. Notre recherche montre que les résultats obtenus, jusque-là, sont en deçà des objectifs assignés à ce programme notamment une faible diversification des sources énergétique du pays. The growth in energy demand and the protection of the environment necessitate the change of Algeria's energy model. Indeed, the analysis of this model shows the urgency of the transition to a sustainable model. Thus, as early as 2011, the State has set up a strategic transition program. Through this article, we assess this energy strategy and its issues. To do this, we have adopted a methodology based on a socio-economic approach to this transition that requires significant means to enable convergence towards a sustainable energy system. Our research shows that the results achieved so far fall short of the objectives assigned to this program, including a low diversification of the country's energy sources. |
