| المستخلص: | يهدف البحث إلى معرفة البرامج التدريبية ودورها في تطوير الأداء التدريسي لعضو هيأة التدريس بكليات التربية وسبل تفعيلها في ضل معطيات العصر ومتطلباته ومن خلال التطورات الهائلة التي يشهدها العالم اليوم. أهمية البحث: تكمن أهمية البحث الحالي في: - أنها تتناول جانبا مهما في العملية التعليمية ألا وهي دور البرامج التدريبية في تطوير الأداء التدريسي لعضو هيأة التدريس بكليات التربية وسبل تفعيلها. - معرفة أهم البرامج التدريبية التي تساهم وبشكل كبير في تطوير وتحسين الأداء التدريسي للأستاذ الجامعي. - التعرف على أهم التجارب والخبرات الدولية التي تناولت البرامج التدريبية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس الجامعي والاستفادة منها في البرامج التعليمية. -تفيد نتائج البحث الحالي وتوصياته أصحاب القرار في تطبيق وتفعيل البرامج التدريبية الجيدة في التعليم الجامعي كضرورة تحتمها معطيات هذا العصر والذي يعد التجديد والابتكار أحد أبرز سماته. تتمثل مشكلة البحث في التساؤل الرئيس: ما دور البرامج التدريبية في تطوير الأداء التدريسي لعضو هيأة التدريس بكليات التربية وما سبل تفعيلها. من هذا التساؤل تنبثق منه عدة تساؤلات وهي: 1- ماهية البرامج التدريبية- مفهومها- أهميتها- أهدافها في العملية التعليمية؟ 2- المعوقات والصعوبات التي تواجه الأستاذ الجامعي للانخراط في مثل هذه البرامج؟ 3- ما التجارب والخبرات الدولية التي استفادت من هذه البرامج ويمكن الاستفادة منها مستقبلا؟ المنهج المستخدم في البحث: استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لدراسة وتحليل أهم ما ورد في الكتب والمراجع العربية والأجنبية والدوريات والإحصائيات والنشرات الرسمية، والدراسات السابقة المختصة في مجال البحث بهدف إثراء البحث والخروج بأفضل النتائج والتوصيات. This research paper aims to identify the training programs and their role in developing and improving the university teachers at the faculties of education and means of activating them according to the needs of this era, its requirements, and through the huge developments that the world pass through now days. The importance of the study: - It deals with an important aspect of the educational process, namely the training programs and their role in improving and developing the university teachers. - identifying the most important training programs that contribute significantly to the development and improvement of the teaching performance of the university teachers. - To learn about the most important international experiences and experiments that dealt with the training programs of faculty members and to be used later in the educational programs. - The results of the present study and its recommendations can provide enough help to the decision makers in the implementation and activation of good training programs at the higher education sector as a necessity forced by the development of the current era, which innovative and modernization are the most common features. The questions of the study:- Training programs and their role in developing and improving the university teachers at the faculties of education and how to activate them. From this title several questions will be asked: 1 - What are the training programs, its concept , its importance, and its objectives in the educational process? 2- what are the constrains and difficulties that facing the university teachers to be engaged in such programs? 3- Which international experience and experiments have benefited from these programs and how to get the benefit from them in the future? Methodology of the study : - The researcher used the analytical descriptive method (analytical study) to cover and analyze the most important data and information about the training programs which are covered before at many Arabic and foreign books and references, periodicals, statistics, official publications, and previous studies in the field of research in order to enrich the study to obtain the best results and recommendations. |
