| 520 | |b The research discusses the effect of historical methodology or historical theory on the Maqaasid approach of the modernists, as whoever studies the science of maqaasid will find out that they have taken this science as a ladder towards spreading their philosophical theories, especially the historical theory, and applying these theories on it. Therefore, it is important to shed light on the effect of this theory on the science of maqaasid according to the modernists, and to explain its danger on religion and the science of maqaasid, and to explain the fallacies of the modernists in the understanding of religion and to dilute the science of maqaasid by relying on the historical methodology. The research arrived at some findings, including that the influence of historiography on the maqsaaid of the modernists takes several manifestations, including: their influence on the interpretation of the terminologies of maqaasid and the development of new terms that are compatible with historiography, and the modernization of the rules of Usuul (Fundamentals of Islamic Jurisprudence) claiming they are historical, and the proposition of maqaasid interpretation, and the worldly of maqaasid, and considering thought the first source to derive maqaasid. Among the most prominent recommendations: Examination of the influence of other philosophical theories on the Maqasid approach of the modernists, as well as the influence of history on other sciences such as the science of interpretation (At-Tafseer). | ||
| 520 | |a تناول البحث تأثير المنهج التاريخي أو النظرية التاريخية على التوجه المقاصدي لدى الحداثيين، إذ يجد الناظر في علم المقاصد أنهم قد اتخذوا هذا العلم سلما لنشر النظريات الفلسفية وخاصة النظرية التاريخية، وإسقاطها عليه. ولذا كان من الأهمية بمكان تسليط الضوء على تأثير هذه النظرية على علم المقاصد عند الحداثيين، وبيان خطورتها على الدين وعلى علم المقاصد، وبيان مغالطات الحداثيين في فهم الدين وتمييع المقاصد بالاعتماد على المنهج التاريخي. وقد توصل البحث إلى نتائج منها: أن تأثير التاريخية على المقاصد عند الحداثيين يأخذ عدة مظاهر، منها: تأثيرها على تفسير مصطلحات المقاصد واستحداث مصطلحات جديدة تتوافق مع التاريخية، وتجديد قواعد الأصول بدعوى تاريخيتها، والقول بالتأويل المقاصدي، ودنيوية المقاصد، واعتبار العقل المصدر الأول لاستفادة المقاصد. ومن أبرز التوصيات: بحث تأثير النظريات الفلسفية الأخرى في التوجه المقاصدي لدى الحداثيين، وكذلك تأثير التاريخية على العلوم الأخرى كعلم التفسير. | ||
