| المستخلص: | هناك الكثير من الدول والمؤسسات الناجحة في زمننا هذا وفي غيره من الأزمنة السابقة، وإذا بحثنا عن سبب وسر نجاحها وجدنا أن أهم عامل من عوامل النجاح والتفوق هو الإدارة الواعية والمتميزة التي أنيط بها الإدارة والرعاية والحفاظ على هذه الدولة أو المؤسسة ويتمثل ذلك بالرئيس ومن يتبعه، والأسرة المسلمة من أهم مؤسسات المجتمع المسلم لأنها صانعة الأجيال والقائمة على هذا الدين بتطبيقه والالتزام به والدفاع عنه لذا اهتم بها وأولاها جل عنايته، ومن ذلك الاهتمام الأمر بتعيين القائد القادر على رعايتها والاهتمام بجميع مصالحها والدفاع عنها في كل وقت وبذل كل الطاقات التي تحقق لها النجاح والفوز والسعادة في حياتها الدنيوية قبل الأخروية، وهذه القيادة والقوامة هي للرعاية والمصلحة لا للتسلط والقهر، وبهذا نجحت الأسرة المسلمة وتميزت عن غيرها من الأسر. ويأتي هذا البحث (القوامة بين التسلط والرعاية) لتوضح معنى القوامة، ولمن أعطيت، وما هي الأسباب التي بسببها أعطيت للرجل، ونبين كذلك بعض المسائل المثارة ضد قوامة الرجل ونرد عليها، وكذلك نوضح الفوائد التي تعود على الفرد والأسرة والمجتمع من تطبيق شرع الله والالتزام به في هذا الجانب. There are many successful countries and institutions in our time and in other previous times, so if we search for the reason and the secret of their success, we will find the most important factor of their success and excellence is the conscious and distinguished management. This has been included with administration, caring and preservation of the state or institution. All this represented by the president, his followers, and the Muslim family, which is one of the most important institutions in the Muslim community because it is the generations maker, and it is the base of this religion by applying, adhering, and defending. That is why Islamic religion cares about the Muslim family, including the interest in appointing a leader who is able to look after it and take care of all it interests and defend it at all times. In addition, Islamic religion exerted all its energies that would bring Muslim family success and happiness in its worldly life before eschatology. This leadership and stewardship is for caring and interest, not for domination and oppression, thus Muslim family succeeded, and distinguished from other families. In this research "Stewardship between oppression and care," we will explain what is meant by stewardship, to whom it was given, and what reasons were given to men. Furthermore, we are going to explain some of the raised issues against guardianship of men and giving responds to them, as well as explain the benefits that accrue to the individual, family, and the society by applying the law of God and adhering it in this aspect. |
