| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى كل من التدريب الميداني والكفاءة المهنية لدى الطالب المرشد المتدرب بقسم الإرشاد النفسي بجامعة الأقصى، كذلك بحث العلاقة بين التدريب الميداني والكفاءة المهنية لديه، والتحقق من وجود فروق معنوية دالة إحصائيًا في متوسطات درجات أفراد العينة على مقياسي التدريب الميداني، والكفاءة المهنية تبعا للمتغيرات الديموغرافية (النوع الاجتماعي، نوع التدريب، والمستوى الأكاديمي). وللتحقق من ذلك طُبق مقياسي: التدريب الميداني، والكفاءة المهنية (من إعداد الباحثتين) على عينة ممثلة قوامها (163) طالبًا تتم حذف بعض النتائج. وبينت نتائج وجود علاقة ارتباط موجبة بين مجالات التدريب الميداني والدرجة الكلية لمقياس الكفاءة المهنية لدى الطالب المرشد المتدرب. وجود فروق معنوية دالة إحصائيًا على مقياسي التدريب الميداني، والكفاءة المهنية لدى الطالب المرشد المتدرب تعزى لمتغير النوع الاجتماعي لصالح الطالبات. وجود فروق معنوية دالة إحصائيا على مقياسي التدريب الميداني، والكفاءة المهنية لدى الطالب المرشد المتدرب تعزى لمتغير نوع التدريب لصالح تدريب2. وجود فروق معنوية دالة إحصائيًا على مقياسي التدريب الميداني، والكفاءة المهنية لدى الطالب المرشد المتدرب تعزى لمتغير المستوى الأكاديمي لصالح الطلبة الحاصلين على تقدير ممتاز. وتوصي الدراسة بالتأكيد ومن خلال كافة القائمين على التدريب الميداني وقسم علم النفس بالجامعة على الدور الفاعل الذي يقوم به التدريب الميداني من تقوية العلاقة بين الطلبة المتدربين وبيئة العمل من جهة، وبين أطراف العملية التربوية التعليمية بما تتضمنه من مقومات بشرية ولوجستية من جهة أخرى، والذي يعود بالفائدة حتمًا على التحصيل، ورفع الكفاءة المهنية، وتغيير الاتجاهات نحو العمل الإرشادي، ويعزز كذلك ربط الدراسة النظرية بما تتضمنها من مساقات وبين التطبيق العملي الواقعي. تفعيل برنامج التدريب المصغر والمحاكاة داخل الجامعة قبل التحاق الطالب بالتدريب الميداني خارجها، وخصوصًا مع الطلبة ذوو المستوى الأكاديمي المتدني، وذلك لكسر حاجز الخوف والسلبية، وتعديل اتجاهاتهم نحو الموقف التدريبي، إضافة إلى عقد محاضرات توجيهية وورش عمل هادفة يقوم عليها نخبة من المشرفين الميدانيين لتقديم المعرفة والخبرة اللازمة للطلبة، التركيز والانتباه بشكل أكبر إلى طبيعة العلاقة بين برنامج التدريب الميداني من جهة، ومؤسسات التدريب التي تحتضن الطلبة من جهة أخرى، وذلك من حيث تدعيم التعاون المشترك مع إدارة تلك المؤسسات، بما يتضمن من تبادل الخبرات العلمية والتدريبية، وعقد ندوات ومحاضرات يحضرها الطلبة المستهدفين للاستفادة. The study aimed to identify the level of both field training and professional competence of the trainee mentor system in the Psychological Counseling Department at Al-Aqsa University. Furthermore, it also examined the relationship between field training and professional competence by verifying the existence of statistically significant difference in the mean scores of the sample members on the two scales of field training and professional competence according to demographic variables (gender, type of training and professional (prepared by the two researchers). A sample of (163) male students was included. The existence of a positive correlation between the fields of field training and the total score of the measure of professional competence of the trainee mentor student. The presence of statistically significant differences on the two scales of field training and professional competence. The trainee mentor student attributes to the gender variable in favor of the female students. The presence of statistically significant differences on the two measures of field training and the professional competence of the trainee mentor student attributes to the variable of the type of training in favor of training 2. The existence of significant differences statistically significant on the measures of the field training and professional competence of the trainee mentor student due to the variable of the academic level in favor of students with excellent grade. The study also recommends confirming through all those in charge of field training and the department of psychology at the university on the active role that field training plays in strengthening the relationship between the trainee students and the work environment, on the one hand. Then between the parties to the educational process with its human and logistical components, on the other hand. It will definitely benefited the achievement, raised the professional competence, changed the directions towards the extension work, and strengthened the linking of the theoretical study with the courses it contains and the realistic practical application. Activating the mini-training program and simulation inside the university before the student joins the field training outside it, practically with students of low academic level to break the barrier of fear and negativity as well as to adjust their attitudes towards the training position. In addition to, holding orientation lectures and targeted workshops on which a group of field supervisors provides students with the necessary knowledge and experience. Focus on the nature of the relationship between the field-training program and the training institutions that incubate students. By strengthening joint cooperation with the administration of those institutions, including the exchange of scientific and training experiences, or holding seminars and lectures attended by the targeted students to get benefit. |
