| المستخلص: | نجد بأن منظمة الصحة العالمية كانت لها دور فعال في تعزيز التعاون الدول والمنظمات لمواجهة فيروس كورونا، وأن دول العالم خاصة الدول الكبرى كانت ولازال تهتم بالأنفاق على الجانب العسكري على حساب الجوانب الأخرى الأكثر أهمية لشعوبها وشعوب العالم الجامع، كالجانب الصحي وتطوير خدماته حتى تكون مؤهلة لمواجهة الكوارث والأوبئة الطارئة، وتعتبر جائحة كورونا التي تفشت في جميع دول العالم مخلفة العديد من الإصابات والوفيات وخسائر الاقتصادية كبيرة، صورة من صور الإرهاب البيولوجي التي سوف تقلب الموازين في العالم أجمع، خاصة بعد الاتهامات قادة دول العالم بعضها البعض بشأن ظهور هذا الفيروس وكيفية تفشيها، بحيث أصبح لفيروس كورونا انعكاسا على العلاقات الدولية وهذا ما يؤدي إلى تغيرات في النظام الدولي بعد القضاء على هذا الفيروس.
