| 520 | |a يسلط البحث الضوء على الحق في الصحة خاصة بعد الأزمة الصحية الناجمة عن انتشار فايروس كورونا المستجد التي كان لها بالغ الأثر في إبراز أهميته والعناية به وضرورة توفير الحماية القانونية له سواء منها تلك الحماية المثبتة في المواثيق الدولية أو الدساتير الوطنية أو التشريعات العادية والفرعية، وذلك بعد أن أصبح وجود الإنسان بل الوجود العالمي مهددا بهذا الفايروس سيما بعد الانتشار الواسع له في كافة دول العالم وفتكه بمئات الآلاف من الأشخاص واستمراره بحصد أروح بني البشر دون تمييز بين غني وفقير وبين الانتماء لدولة نامية ودولة متقدمة، مما يجعل تلك القواعد القانونية التي توفر الحماية في هذا الشأن على المحك، ويضعها على طاولة النقاش ويعرضها للنقد والتحليل، لاسيما وأنه لا بوادر تلوح في الأفق لانحسار المد المتعاظم لهذا المرض فلازال اكتشاف علاج ولقاح له من المؤسسات الصحية والبحثية أمر غير مؤكد حتى الآن. | ||
