| المستخلص: | دفع الاهتمام الأخير بالبيانات الضخمة العديد من الشركات لتطوير القدرة على تحليل البيانات من أجل تحسين الأداء التشغيلي للمنشأة، وبما تلعبه قدرات تحليل البيانات الضخمة (BDAC) Big Data Analysis Capabilities من دور فعال في توفير معلومات أكثر دقة وملائمة، مما يجعل المنشأة أكثر قدرة على اكتشاف العديد من الفرص الجديدة، وبما تمثله من مصدرا قيما للمعلومات لتحسين العمليات والأنشطة التسويقية التي من دورها تطوير وابتكار منتجات وخدمات جديدة. لذا يهدف البحث إلى اختبار دور قدرات تحليل البيانات الضخمة (BDAC) في تحسين الأداء التشغيلي للمنشأة. قام الباحث بعمل دراسة ميدانية بغرض استطلاع آراء عينة تكونت من 98 من المديرين التنفيذيين لتكنولوجيا المعلومات، ومديري الإدارة التشغيلية ونظم المعلومات، ومحللي البيانات، في منشآت الاتصالات الأربعة العاملة بجمهورية مصر العربية. تم اختيار هذا القطاع لما له من ميزة تجعله مختلف عن غيره من الصناعات الأخرى، حيث أن منشآت الاتصالات تسيطر على البنية التحتية لتبادل الاتصالات التي تستخدم من قبل عملائها للاستفادة من مختلف الأنواع من الخدمات، وبالتالي فإن لديها بيانات أكثر من غيرها من الصناعات التي تمكنهم من تتبع عملائهم، وكيف يتفاعلون مع خدماتها، وذلك من خلال قائمة استقصاء مكونة من 45 عبارة مقسمة إلى قسمين. يتكون القسم الأول فيها من ثلاثة محاور تقيس المتغير المستقل المتمثل في قدرات تحليل البيانات الضخمة (BDAC) الذي يتكون من ثلاثة أبعاد هم قدرة إدارة تحليل البيانات الضخمة، والقدرات التكنولوجية لتحليل البيانات الضخمة، وقدرة المهارات التحليلية لتحليل البيانات الضخمة، بينما يمثل القسم الثاني من قائمة الاستقصاء العبارات التي تمثل الأداء التشغيلي وهو بمثابة المتغير التابع للدراسة. قام الباحث باختبار فروض الدراسة الميدانية للتأكد من هل هناك تأثير إيجابي لقدرات تحليل البيانات الضخمة على الأداء التشغيلي أم لا، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة الميدانية إلى أن هناك علاقة إيجابية قوية بين قدرات تحليل البيانات الضخمة (BDAC) وبين الأداء التشغيلي، كما أن هناك تأثير إيجابي ذو دلالة إحصائية لقدرات تحليل البيانات الضخمة على الأداء التشغيلي للمنشأة. لذا يحاول هذا البحث إلقاء الضوء على ظاهرة البيانات الضخمة بصفة عامة، وقدرات تحليل البيانات الضخمة بصفة خاصة من منظور محاسبي، لما لهما من أهمية كبيرة في الآونة الأخيرة في مختلف المجالات والقطاعات. The recent interest in big data has prompted many companies to develop the ability to analyze data in order to improve the facility's operating performance, and what the Big Data Analysis Capabilities (BDAC) play an effective role in providing more appropriate and accurate information, which makes the facility more able to discover Many new opportunities, and what they represent as a valuable source of information to improve marketing operations and activities, which in turn are to develop and innovate new products and services. Therefore, the research aims to test the role of the big data analysis capabilities (BDAC) in improving the Firm operating performance. The researcher has conducted a field study for the purpose of polling opinions of a sample consisting of 98 executives in the senior management of information technology, managers of operational management and information systems, and data analysts in the four telecommunications facilities operating in Egypt. This sector was chosen because of its advantage that makes it different from other industries, as telecommunications establishments control the communication exchange infrastructure that is used by its customers to benefit from various types of services, and therefore has more data than other industries that enable them to Track their customers, and how they interact with their services, through a survey list of 45 words divided into two parts. The first section consists of three axes that measure the independent variable represented in the Big Data Analytics Capabilities BDAC and consists of three dimensions: big data analysis management capability, big data analysis technological capabilities, and the big data analysis capability, while the second section represents the survey list Statements that represent operational performance and are the variable of the study. The researcher tested the field study hypothesis to make sure whether there is a positive impact of the Big Data Analytics Capabilities on the operational performance or not, and the results of the field study concluded that there is a strong positive relationship between the (BDAC) and the operational performance, and that there is an effect Statistically significant for (BDAC) on firm operating performance. Therefore, this research attempts to highlight on the phenomenon of big data in general, and the (BDAC) in particular from an accounting perspective, because of their great importance in recent times in various fields and sectors. |
