| 520 | |d la profession d'infirmière est l'une des professions sociales et humaines les plus nobles avec de nombreuses exigences et de multiples tâches, ce qui entraîne un déséquilibre entre donner et prendre, Ainsi, la profession infirmière devient source de stress psychologique professionnel et social, et augmenter le degré de responsabilité envers eux, ce qui augmente la tension et l'anxiété, surtout quand il s'agit de situations critiques, Compte tenu de nos hôpitaux publics, nous remarquons qu'ils reçoivent de nombreux patients chaque jour, ce qui augmente la souffrance des infirmières de toutes sortes de pressions dans leur travail et les affecte psychologiquement, socialement et professionnellement. De ce qui précède, nous posons les questions suivantes: Quelles sont les sources de stress professionnel dans la classe des soins infirmiers des hôpitaux publics? Comment cette pression affecte-t-elle l'infirmière? Quels sont les mécanismes pour les réduire?et nous avons constaté que les sources de pressions chez les infirmières se diffèrent psychologiques, socioprofessionnelles..etc et cela influe négativement à leur performance | ||
| 520 | |a تعد مهنة التمريض من أنبل المهن الاجتماعية والإنسانية ذات المتطلبات الكثيرة والمهام المتعددة، مما ينتج عنه اختلال في التوازن بين الأخذ والعطاء، إذ يكون العطاء أكبر حيث تتجاوز مهام الممرض العناية بالمرضى بتقديم العلاج والعناية بحالتهم الصحية إلى الإحساس بمعاناتهم وآلامهم ...وبالتالي هذا ما يجعل من مهنة التمريض مصدرا للضغوطات النفسية المهنية والاجتماعية، ويرفع من درجة المسؤولية لديهم مما يرفع التوتر والقلق خاصة عندما يتعلق الأمر بالحالات الحرجة. ومما سبق نصل إلى طرح التساؤلات التالية: ما هي مصادر الضغوطات المهنية لدى فئة الممرضين في المستشفيات العمومية؟ وكيف تؤثر هذه الضغوط على الممرض؟ وما هي آليات الحد منها؟ وتوصلنا إلى عدة نتائج منها أن مصادر الضغوطات التي يعاني ممنها الممرضات متعددة منها اجتماعية، شخصية، تنظيمية ومادية، وتنعكس هذه الضغوطات سلبا على أداء عملهن وسلوكهن مما يرفع من نسبة الأخطاء، في حين وجدنا أن الخبرة والكفاءة التي تكتسبها الممرضة تمكنها من تسيير ضغوطات العمل خاصة في الحالات الحرجة والمفاجئة. | ||
