| 520 | |f This study is an attempt to analyze the evolution of spending on health care in Algeria and its effectiveness during the period (2004-2013) within the framework of the health system reform process. Despite the high budget of the health sector, it did not achieve all its objectives aimed at improving health care, and this sector is still collapsing. Algeria is facing a poor distribution of health institutions across the entire national territory, especially if we know that most private health institutions are located in major and northern cities, which calls for the need to reconsider the health policy adopted and bring it in line with the real population distribution across the national territory. | 520 | |a هذه الدراسة هي محاولة لتحليل تطور الإنفاق على الرعاية الصحية في الجزائر ومدى فعاليته خلال الفترة (2004-2013) في إطار عملية إصلاح المنظومة الصحية، فرغم ارتفاع ميزانية قطاع الصحة، إلا أنه لم يحقق كل أهدافها الرامية إلى تحسين الرعاية الصحية، وما زال هذا القطاع منهار فالجزائر تعاني من سوء توزيع المؤسسات الصحية عبر كامل التراب الوطني، خاصة إذا علمنا أن معظم المؤسسات الصحية الخاصة موجودة في المدن الكبرى والشمالية منها، مما يدعوا إلى ضرورة إعادة النظر في السياسة الصحية المنتهجة، وجعلها تتماشى والتوزيع السكاني الحقيقي عبر التراب الوطني فنجاح سياسة الإصلاح مرهون بوجود نظام صحي عصري ومرن. | ||
| 520 | |d Cette étude est une tentative d’analyser l’évolution des dépenses de soins de santé en Algérie durant la période (2004- 2013)dans le contexte du processus de réforme du système de santé, en dépit de la hausse du budget du secteur da la santé, mais il n’a pas atteint tous ses objectifs visant a améliorer les soins de la santé. L’Algérie souffre encore d’une mauvaise répartition des établissements hospitaliers à travers tout le territoire national, surtout si nous savons que la plupart des établissements hospitalières privés existent dans les grandes villes, et ceux du nord ce qui nécessite une reconsidération de la politique dans ce secteur vue la distribution réelle de la population à travers le territoire nationale. Le succès de la politique de réforme dépend de l’existence d’un système de santé moderne et flexible. | ||
