| المستخلص: | استهدفت ورقة العمل الآتية: تحديد أثر التعلم عن بعد في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة في العملية التعليمية، وقد قام الباحث بصياغة التساؤل الرئيس للمشكلة والأسئلة الفرعية التي انبثقت عنه، وتحديد الأهداف، وبعض الدراسات السابقة المدعمة للموضوع، وضمنها الباحث في محورين هما: المحور الأول: بعض الدراسات التي تناولت خدمات التعلم عن بعد في العملية التعليمية، المحور الثاني: بعض الدراسات التي تناولت التنمية المستدامة وأهمية تطوير مجالاتها في المنظومة التعليمية، وفي سبيل تحقيق أهداف ورقة العمل تم تقسيم محاور الورقة إلي فصلين رئيسين هما: الفصل الأول: (التعلم عن بعد: المفهوم والماهية) وقد احتوي على المباحث الآتية: التعلم عن بعد (المفهوم والتطور التاريخي) التعلم عن بعد وأهميته، بعض أدوات التعلم عن بعد، التعلم عن بعد قوة مساهمة في التنمية الاجتماعية والاقتصادية كعناصر للتنمية المستدامة، مزايا وعيوب التعلم عن بعد، نظرة عامة على تقنيات التعلم عن بعد وأهميتها في العملية التعليمية وتحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة اتجاهات البحث المستقبلية والتعلم عن بعد، والفصل الثاني: وجاء بعنوان (التنمية المستدامة وعلاقتها بالتعلم عن بعد)، وقد تضمن المباحث الآتية: مفهوم التنمية المستدامة وأبعادها، دور التعلم عن بعد وتكنولوجيا التعليم في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة، مستويات التنمية المستدامة تنفيذ تجربة التعلم عن بعد في ضوء التنمية المستدامة، التصورات شائعة الاستخدام في موضوعات التنمية المستدامة كيفية استخدام تكنولوجيا التعلم عن بعد في العملية التعليمية في ضوء التنمية المستدامة، مهارات التدريس الإلكتروني عن بعد في ضوء أبعاد التنمية المستدامة، ثم بعد ذلك قدم الباحث الخلاصة والاستنتاجات، ومن النتائج التي توصلت إليها الورقة العلمية كانت كالآتي: - إن تطوير وزيادة الاستثمار في قطاع تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات، كأحد أوجه التعلم عن بعد وأشكاله، وحسن استخدامه وتوظيفه يشكل فرصة ذهبية لدفع عجلة التنمية المستدامة، وتحقيق تحسينات في مستويات المعيشة لكل شرائح المجتمع – إن الاستثمار في مجال التعلم عن بعد تحكمه مجموعة من المحددات التي قد تؤدي إلي تشجيعه أو تثبيطه، ومنه وجب علي الحكومات توفير البيئة التمكينية الملائمة لتنشيط الأعمال في قطاع تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات والتعلم عن بعد، وإيجاد آليات محفزة للاستثمارات المحلية والأجنبية وداعمة لهذا النوع من التعلم. The following working paper aimed at: Determining the impact of distance learning in achieving sustainable development in the educational process, and the researcher formulated the main question of the problem and the sub-questions that emerged from it, and set goals, and some previous studies supported on the topic, and the researcher included them in two axes: The first axis: Some studies that dealt with distance learning services in the educational process. The second axis: Some studies that dealt with sustainable development and the importance of developing its fields in the educational system. In order to achieve the objectives of the working paper, the paper's axes were divided into two main chapters: Chapter One: (Distance learning: concept and essence) and it contained the following topics: Distance learning (the concept and historical development) Distance learning and its importance, some distance learning tools, Distance learning is a powerful contribution to social and economic development as elements of sustainable development, the advantages and disadvantages of distance learning, an overview of distance learning technologies and their importance in the educational process and the achievement of sustainable development goals, future research directions and distance learning. The second chapter: It is titled (sustainable development and its relationship to distance learning), and it included the following topics: the concept of sustainable development and its dimensions, the role of distance learning and education technology in achieving sustainable development, levels of sustainable development, implementation of the distance learning experience in light of sustainable development perceptions commonly used In the topics of sustainable development, how to use distance learning technology in the educational process in the light of sustainable development, the skills of electronic teaching at a distance in light of the dimensions of sustainable development, then after that the researcher presented the summary and conclusions, and from the results reached by the scientific paper were as follows: Increasing investment in the information and communication technology sector, as one of the aspects of distance learning and its forms, and its good use and employment represent a golden opportunity to advance sustainable development and achieve improvements in living standards for all segments of society. - Investment in the field of distance learning is governed by a set of determinants that may lead To encourage or discourage it, and from it, governments must provide the appropriate enabling environment to stimulate business in the IT sector Information, communication and distance learning, and creating mechanisms that stimulate local and foreign investments and support this type of learning. 3 - The growth of services and the use of types of distance learning technology necessitates the provision of financial resources mainly through companies operating in the sector, whether through attracting local or foreign investments. |
