| المستخلص: | اهتم المستشرقون الإسرائيليون بدراسة أحوال العرب بشكل عام سواء من الناحية السياسية أو التاريخية أو الاجتماعية، أما الجانب الديني فقد حظي باهتمام خاص حيث ركز العديد من هؤلاء المستشرقين على ترجمة معاني القرآن الكريم إلى اللغة العبرية ليس لأنه نص سماوي مقدس فحسب، بل لما يميزه من فصاحة وبلاغة لا يمكن يأتي بها بشر، بالإضافة إلى ما يحويه من عقائد تشكل خطورة على الوجود اليهودي وتعتبر مصدر قلق للإسرائيليين. فالقرآن الكريم يحث المسلمين على التمسك بدينهم والزود عن أوطانهم وعدم الاعتداء على المسالمين؛ لذا وجه القرآن الكريم وفقا لهذا المفهوم، فالجهاد في الإسلام هو دفع أعداء الإسلام لمنع استمرار اعتدائهم، فلم يشرع إلا للدفاع، ومن صوره مهاجمة من يتأهب للقتال، وللجهاد آداب منها عدم قتال النساء ولا الأطفال ولا الشيوخ ولا تنتهك فيه حرمات الفضيلة ولو انتهكها العدو، والجهاد فرض كفاية، تعد له الأمة العدة ولا يصبح فرض عين إلا إذا دخل العدو بلاد المسلمين؛ إلا أن المستشرقين اليهود اتخذوا من هذا المصطلح ذريعة للتشكيك في القرآن الكريم وتحويل مفهوم الجهاد الصحيح إلى "الإرهاب" الذي أسهم بشكل كبير في ظهور ما عرف بظاهرة الإسلام فوبيا؛ لذا آثرت الباحثة دراسة مفهوم الجهاد من وجهة نظر أوري روبين في ترجمته لمعاني القرآن الكريم إلى العبرية، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها: إن طبيعة نص القرآن الكريم وإعجازه البلاغي وما يحويه من معان ومفاهيم إسلامية تحتاج إلى فهم عميق وعقلية واعية لما يتضمنه هذا النص المقدس وإلا وقع المترجم في أخطاء جسيمة نتيجة الفهم الخاطئ أو التفسير غير الصحيح. لم يوفق روبين في ترجمته سواء من الناحية الشكلية أو الدينامية، لعدم التزامه بقواعد وأسس الترجمة الأمينة التي تنقل إلى القارئ الصورة الحقيقية أو حتى التقريبية للنص الأصلي على اعتبار النص القرآني معجز ومقدس. Israeli Orientalists were generally concerned with the study of the Arab state of things, politically historically, and socially. As regards the religious side, it was especially in focus, where some of such orientalists concentrated on the translation of the Ever-Glorious Qur'an into Hebrew, not only as a divine text but also for its inimitable eloquence. Besides, it holds some beliefs that would threaten the Jewish existence; as such, it is a source of concern to the Israelis. The Ever-Glorious Qur'an urges Muslims to adhere to their religion, defend their native lands, and not to attack those who are peaceful. Jihad in Islam, is a kind of counter-attack, to repel enemies and stop their aggression. Likewise, it might be the case that those who are on the verge of attacking Muslims will be attacked in anticipation. Jihad in Islam has some morals that must be followed: women, children, aged men should not be killed; and general manners are not to be violated even if they were violated by the enemy. Actually, Jihad is a collective duty that Muslims should be fully prepared to; It is only individual duty when enemies attack Muslim inlands. However, Jewish Orientalists distorted the meaning of Jihad, confusing it with terrorism, in order to raise doubt about the Ever-Glorious Qur'an; This , in turn, resulted in the rise of the so-called Islamophobia. The researcher conducts the present study on Uri's viewpoint of Jihad in his Hebrew translation of the Ever-Glorious Qur'an. Conclusions of the study: -The inimitability of the Qur'anic text and its thorough meanings should be approached by an enlightened sharp-minded translator; otherwise, he would make fatal mistakes because of misunderstanding or misinterpretation.- Rubin failed to achieve a proper translation of the Qur'an, neither in form nor in content, since he was not honest in conveying the clean-cut image, or at least the rough one, if we were to make allowance for him approaching a divine and inimitable text. |
