| 520 | |a في ظل التطور التكنولوجي أصبح التوجه الإداري الحديث يفرض على المؤسسات لبقائها واستمراريتها تحقيق التميز في أدائها، فأضحت بذلك الإدارة الإلكترونية أمرا ملحا باعتبارها مدخلا متكاملا وفعالا لتحقيق ذلك. وقد هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أثر تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية في تحسين الأداء الإداري لجامعة سطيف 1، بتوزيع استبيان على عينة بلغت 52 أستاذا وإداريا من جامعة سطيف 1، وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن جامعة سطيف 1 تتمتع بتطبيق عناصر الإدارة الإلكترونية بدرجة متوسطة، كما تبين وجود أثر إيجابي لتطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية في تحسين الأداء الإداري للجامعة كل هذا سعيا منها لتحقيق جودة أدائها. | ||
| 520 | |b In light of the technological development, the modern administrative trend has imposed on institutions for their survival and continuity to achieve excellence in their performance, thus electronic management has become an urgent matter as an integrated and effective approach to achieve this. This study aimed to highlight the effect of the application of electronic management in improving the administrative performance of the University of Setif 1, by distributing a questionnaire to a sample of 52 professors and administrators from the University of Setif 1, and the results of the study showed that the University of Setif 1 enjoys the application of electronic management elements with a medium degree, and a positive impact of the application Electronic administration in improving the administrative performance of the university, all of this in an effort to achieve the quality of its performance. | ||
