| المستخلص: | تتناول هذه الدراسة الأثر الاجتماعي والاقتصادي للاستثمار السياحي في السودان الذي يمتلك مقومات وثروة سياحية ضخمة تتمثل في المواقع الأثرية والتاريخية والسياحية والتراث والنيل والصحراء والاستقرار الأمني. هذه المقومات والثروة السياحية الهائلة تمثل أهم مجالات الاستثمار السياحي. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تشجيع الاستثمار السياحي في السودان بإقامة المشروعات السياحية وتهيئتها وإدارتها بغرض تأهيلها سياحيا للاستثمار. اعتمدت هذه الدراسة الباحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بالإضافة إلى المنهج التاريخي، أما مصادر جمع المعلومات فتم الاعتماد على المصادر الأولية والثانوية من مراجع وكتب وتقارير بالإضافة إلى البحوث والرسائل العلمية. قد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج من أهمها، غياب مفهوم وفلسفة السياحة في السودان مما انعكس سلبا على حركة السياحة، وعدم وجود دراسات علمية سياحية مما انعكس سلبيا على عدم الاستفادة من المواقع السياحية استثماريا بالإقليم. كما خرجت الدراسة بعدة توصيات أهمها ضرورة الاهتمام بنشر أهمية الاستثمارات السياحية بصورة عامة، والاهتمام بالمواقع السياحية في السودان وتخطيطها التخطيط العلمي السليم بالدراسات والأبحاث العلمية لتعم الفائدة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية. This research take about the social and economic impact of tourism investment in the Sudan, which has elements of huge tourist wealth of archaeological and historical sites, Tourism, Heritage of the nile, the desert and the security stability. these constituents and the wealth tourist enormous represents one of the most important factor of tourist investment. This study is designed to encourage tourism investment in Sudan to establish tourist projects, configure, manage, and for the purpose of rehabilitation of tourism investment. The researcher adopted on this study, on a descriptive approach analytical work as well as to the historical approach, the sources of data collection has been reliance on primary and secondary of references, books and reports, as well as scientific research and communications. The study has several conclusions of the most important, the absence of the concept of the philosophy of tourism in the Sudan which reflected negatively on the tourism movement, and the lack of tourist scientific studies which reflected negatively on the use of investment tourist sites of the region. Also, the study has several recommendations, the most important one is need for dissemination of the importance of tourism investments in public, and tourist sites in Sudan planning sound scientific planning studies, scientific research, so the benefit of economic and social rights. |
