| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع المشاريع الصناعية الصغيرة والمتوسطة في الجمهورية اليمنية، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتم استخدام أداة الاستبانة لجمع المعلومات، حيث تم تطبيقها على عينة الدراسة بالطريقة (العمدية) والبالغ عدد أفرادها (80) فردا، وتم معالجة البيانات بواسطة البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS وتوصل البحث إلى عدد من النتائج من أهمها ما يلي: بينت النتائج أن مشكلة التمويل سواء أثناء إنشاء المشروع أو تطويره ومساعدته على تخطي أزماته المحتملة هو المشكلة الرئيسية التي تواجه المشاريع في الجمهورية اليمنية، وكذا ضعف البنية الفوقية التي تدعم بقاء وتطور المشاريع وتعمل على حل العقبات التي تواجهها وتذليل كافية الصعاب، وهناك صعوبات تتعلق بالوضع الاقتصادي العام، وصعوبات توفير العمالة المناسبة، والصعوبة قبل الأخيرة المتعلقة بالبنية التحتية وهذه العوائق كلها مرتبطة بالحكومات بشكل مباشر، وباقي العقبات وهي، التخطيط والتسويق والخبرة والتخوف من ضياع رأس المال والأخير المتعلق بضعف الإدارة، معوقات تتعلق بالملاك أصحاب رأس المال أنفسهم ويمكن حلها عن طريق تدخل المنظمات والهيئات الممثلة للدولة والمتخصصة في دعم المشاريع الصغيرة والمتوسطة. The study aimed to identify the reality of small and medium industrial enterprises in the Republic of Yemen and to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive survey method was used, and the questionnaire tool was used to collect information. Processing data by the statistical program SPSS. The research reached a number of results, the most important of which are the following: The results showed that the problem of financing, whether during the establishment or development of the project and helping it overcome its potential crises, is the main problem facing projects in the Republic of Yemen, As well as the weakness of the superstructure that supports the survival and development of projects and works to solve the obstacles they face and overcome enough difficulties, and there are difficulties related to the general economic situation, difficulties in providing suitable employment, and the penultimate difficulty related to the infrastructure and these obstacles are all directly related to governments, and the rest of the obstacles are planning. Marketing, experience and fear of losing capital, and the latter related to poor management, are obstacles related to the owners who own capital themselves and can be solved through the intervention of organizations and bodies representing the state and specialized in supporting small and medium enterprises. |
