| المستخلص: | الحمد لله رب العاملين، والصلاة والسلام على أشرف الأنبياء والمرسلين نبيناً محمد وعلى أله وصحبه أجمعين، أما بعد: فهذا بحث في تفسير قوله تعالى:﴿ الْحَجُّ أَشْهُرٌ مَّعْلُومَاتٌ... ﴾الآية [البقرة: 197] تفسيرا تحليليا، وقد تكون من مقدمة، وسبعة مباحث، وخاتمة، وفهارس. فجاء في المبحث الأول: بيان ما يتعلق بنزول الآية والمناسبة فيها. وفي الثاني: بيان معاني ألفاظها. وفي الثالث: تسليط الضوء على أوجه القراءات والإعراب والبلاغة فيها. وفي الرابع: الأحاديث الواردة في تفسيرها. وفي الخامس: المسائل والأحكام الفقهية. وفي السادس: شبهة حول الآية وردها. وفي السابع: توجيهات تربوية في الآية. واشتملت الخاتمة على أهم النتائج والتوصيات. وذكرت فيها سبع نتائج، وتوصية واحدة، أما النتائج فمنها: معرفة وقت نزول الآية، وتنوع المسائل التفسيرية التي اشتملت عليها، وذكر شبهة مما أثير حول الآية مع الرد عليها، وأن هذه الآية الكريمة اشتملت على توجيهات تربوية وفوائد كثيرة ذكر منها ست عشرة، وأما التوصية فتم فيها تأكيد العناية بآيات الأحكام بحثا، ودراسة، وتفسيرا، وتدريسا، وتأليفا، والله الموفق. All praise is due to Allah, and Allah's Peace and Blessings be upon His Final Messenger, his pure family, his noble, companions, and all those who follow them This is a research in the interpretation of the Quranic verse "Hajj is [during] well-known months" [AL BAQARAH: 197] as an analytical interpretation. The research consisted of an introduction, seven topics, a conclusion and indexes. The first topic: illustrate the revelation of the verse and the occasion in which it has been revealed The second topic: illustrate the meanings of its words The third topic: highlighting the aspects of readings, I'rab (parsing a sentence by applying case markers to Arabic nouns and adjectives) and rhetoric. The fourth topic: Hadiths contained in its interpretation The fifth topic: Juristic issues and rules The sixth topic: suspicion about the verse and replying to this suspicion The seventh topic: educational guidelines in the verse The conclusion included the most important findings and recommendations In which I mentioned seven findings and one recommendation. The findings include: identify the time of the revelation of the verse and the diversity of interpretative issues that included it and mentioned one suspicion raised around the verse with a reply to it and that this verse included educational guidelines and many benefits, including sixteen, and the recommendation was in which the care of the verses of the provisions of research and study and interpretation. |
