| المستخلص: | تعد الصناعات الغذائية أحد الفروع الرئيسة للصناعات التحويلية الاستهلاكية، والصناعات الغذائية من الأدوات التي تساعد في الإنماء الاقتصادي للبلاد، والناتج المحلي الإجمالي، كما تساعد على النمو الإقليمي المتوازن للمناطق المختلفة بالدولة وتحقيق الأمن الغذائي للسكان، وتقليل الواردات وزيادة الصادرات. ويمثل التصنيع الغذائي إحدى الحلقات الأساسية في سلة الإنتاج الغذائي، ومن ثم فإن النهوض بهذا القطاع الحيوي وتنميته يأتي في المقدمة عند متخصص التنمية الاقتصادية وصناع القرار. وتعتبر صناعة المشروبات الغازية إحدى الصناعات الغذائية التي يمكن أن تلعب دورا مهما في التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية في المملكة العربية السعودية، وبناء على ما سبق جاءت أهمية دراسة صناعة المشروبات الغازية في المملكة. وتحاول هذه الدراسة إلقاء الضوء على تطور صناعة المشروبات الغازية والتوزيع الجغرافي لمصانع المشروبات الغازية بين مناطق المملكة والعوامل المؤثرة في هذا التوزيع، والتعرف على مشاكل هذه الصناعة. وقد تبين أن نمط التوزيع الجغرافي والتوطن لصناعة المشروبات الغازية بالمملكة يتسم بالتمركز المكاني الواضح في جملته. ومن هذا يوصى الباحث مخططي التنمية الصناعية عامة والمشروبات الغازية منها بخاصة بأن ينهجوا سياسات توطينيه أوسع انتشارا على أرض المملكة لتوسع خريطة مصانع المشروبات الغازية لتشمل جل إمارات المملكة خاصة إمارات الشمال والجنوب من أجل تحقيق التوازن والنمو والتنمية الإقليمية في مختلف أرجاء المملكة. The food industry is one of the main branches of the consumer manufacturing industries, and the food industries are tools that help in the economic development of the country and the gross domestic product, as well as help in the balanced regional growth of the different regions of the country, achieving food security for the population, reducing imports and increasing exports. Food processing is one of the basic links in the food production basket, and hence the advancement and development of this vital sector comes at the forefront of economic development specialists and decision-makers. The soft drinks industry is considered one of the food industries that can play an important role in the economic and social development in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and based on the above came the importance of studying the soft drinks industry in the Kingdom. This study attempts to shed light on the development of the soft drinks industry, the geographical distribution of soft drinks factories between the regions of the Kingdom, the factors affecting this distribution, and identifying the problems of this industry. It was found that the pattern of geographical distribution and localization of the soft drinks industry in the Kingdom is characterized by clear spatial concentration as a whole. From this, the researcher recommends that industrial development planners in general and soft drinks, including soft drinks in particular, adopt more widespread localization policies on the territory of the Kingdom to expand the map of soft drinks factories to include most of the emirates of the Kingdom, especially the emirates of the north and south, in order to achieve balance, growth and regional development in various parts of the Kingdom. |
