| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة إلى رصد واقع استخدام التعليم الإلكتروني ببرامج التعليم المستمر بجامعة الإمام عبدالرحمن بن فيصل، ومعوقات توظيفه بجامعة الإمام عبدالرحمن بن فيصل من وجهة نظر المدربين والبالغ عددهم (62) من المدربين المشاركين في برامج التعليم المستمر بجامعة الإمام عبدالرحمن بن فيصل، واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي وكانت أداة الدراسة عبارة عن استبانة لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن واقع استخدام التعليم الإلكتروني ببرامج التعليم المستمر بجامعة الإمام عبد الرحمن بن فيصل يتحقق بدرجة متوسطة من وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة، وأيضا هناك العديد من المعوقات تحد من توظيف التعليم الإلكتروني بدرجة متوسطة وفقا لآراء العينة، كما توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي الذكور والإناث حول واقع استخدام التعليم الإلكتروني لصالح الإناث لحصولهم على متوسط أعلى وهو (47.03)، وتوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية حول واقع استخدام التعليم الإلكتروني يعود لسنوات الخبرة لصالح المدربين ذوي الخبرة من سنة إلى سنتين، وأيضا لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيًا بين استجابات المدربين حول معوقات التعليم الإلكتروني والتي تعود لتلقى المدرب دورات تدريبية حول استخدام التعليم الإلكتروني. The study aims to study the actual reality of using E-learning in continuing education programs at Imam Abdulrahman bin Faisal University in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the obstacles of its use at the university from the point of view of (62) trainers in continuing education programs at Imam Abdulrahman bin Faisal University. The study used the descriptive methodology and a questionnaire was the tool of the study to achieve the study goals. The study results showed that the reality of using E - learning programs for continuing education at Imam Abdulrahman bin Faisal University achieved in a medium degree from the point of view of the study sample. There are also many obstacles that limit the use of E-learning to a medium degree due to the views of the sample. There are also statistically significant differences between the average male and female about the reality of the using E-learning for the benefit of females because they obtain higher average about (47. 03). Moreover, there are statistically significant differences in the use of e- learning due to years of experience for the benefit of experienced trainers from one to two years. In addition, there are no statistically significant differences between the responses of the trainers about the obstacles of E. learning which refer to the training courses received by the trainer about the e. learning. |
