| 520 | |b "Eid prayer" is one of the great rituals of Islam, and among its judgment that corona virus (Covid-19) pandemic required its research clearly: its judgment and status on grouping impossibility, and this research comes in an attempt to contribute to its study. Prohibition of grouping for Eid prayer in a particular country or many countries regardless of its reason, has two forms based on that: the prayer is not performed entirely in the country, or the prayer is performed in the country in which the conditions are met in its usual form, but Most people cannot perform it for whatever consideration, which shows that the judgment of this issue in its two forms is the same according to the majority of jurists, and no effect for that appears except for the Hanbalis in their school as shown in the research. After this preamble, the first topic of the study has examined: the principles on which the judgment of Eid prayer is based on in case of grouping impossibility, and they are two principles: The first: the number was stipulated for its validity, and the permission of the Sultan was stipulated. The second topic of the study has examined the judgment of Eid prayer on grouping impossibility according to the previous two forms of the issue. The third topic of the study has examined the status of the Eid prayer on grouping impossibility, according to four issues: grouping for it, the number of rak'ahs, the takbir, and the sermon. In conclusion, the research ended with the most important findings and recommendations. | ||
| 520 | |a "صلاة العيد" شعيرة من شعائر الإسلام العظيمة، ومن أحكامها التي استدعت جائحة فيروس كورونا المستجد (كوفيد - 19) بشكل ظاهر بحثها: حكمها وصفتها عند تعذر الاجتماع لها، ويأتي هذا البحث محاولا المساهمة في دراستها. وتعذر الاجتماع لصلاة العيد أيما كان سببه، قد يكون في بلد بعينه أو يعم بلدانا كثيرة، وله بناء على ذلك صورتان، هما: ألا تؤدي الصلاة في البلد بالكلية، أو تؤدى الصلاة في البلد على هيئتها المعهودة التي تجتمع فيها الشروط، لكن لا يتمكن أكثر الناس من أدائها، لأي اعتبار من الاعتبارات، والذي يظهر أن حكم المسألة في صورتيها واحد عند جمهور الفقهاء، ولا يظهر لذلك أثر إلا عند الحنابلة في المذهب كما بينه البحث. وبعد هذا التمهيد تناول المبحث الأول بالدراسة: الأصول التي ينبني عليها حكم صلاة العيد عند تعذر الاجتماع لها، وهما أصلان: اشترط العدد لصحتها، واشترط إذن السلطان. أما المبحث الثاني فتناول بالدراسة حكم صلاة العيد عند تعذر الاجتماع لها وفق صورتي المسألة السابقتين: وتناول المبحث الثالث بالدراسة: صفة صلاة العيد عند تعذر الاجتماع لها، في أربعة مسائل هي: الجماعة لها، وعدد الركعات، والتكبير، والخطبة. وانتهى البحث في خاتمته إلى أبرز النتائج والتوصيات. | ||
