| 520 | |a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى ش الدراسة استخرجت المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية وتحليل التباين الأحادي واختبار شيفيه. وأظهرت النتائج أن تقديرات المعلمين الأكثر أهمية للمشكلات التربوية والأكاديمية والإدارية، التي تواجه المعلمين في مدارس لواء الشوبك من وجهة نظرهم، كانت على الترتيب التنازلي الآتي: الأسباب المتعلقة بالمجال الأكاديمي، الأسباب المتعلقة بالمجال الإداري، الأسباب المتعلقة بالمجال التربوي، بينما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية، تعزى لمتغير النوع الاجتماعي والمؤهل العلمي، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية، تعزى لمتغير الخبرة العملية ولصالح فئة أكثر من (10) سنة في مجال الأكاديمي. وأوصت الدراسة بعقد دورات تدريبية للمعلمين لتوضيح أهمية التنويع في الاستراتيجيات المستخدمة في العملية التدريسية. | ||
| 520 | |b The Educational, Academic and Administrative Problems Facing Teachers in the Schools of Shubak Disrtict from Their Point of View. This study aimed to detect the educational, academic, and administrative problems facing teachers in the schools of Shubak disrtict from their point of views. The researcher designed questionnaire consisting of 24 items. It was tested for reliability at (0.90%). The questionnaire was distributed to 250 male and female teachers in which the descriptive scanning approach has been used to achieve the objectives of the study. For data analysis, means, standard deviations, the use of contrast uni-analysis and Scheffe test. The results showed that the most important teacher’s estimates to the educational, academic and administrative problems facing teachers in the schools of Shubak Disrtict were in the following descending order: the reasons related to the academic field, the reasons related to the administrative field, the reasons related to the educational field. It also showed no statistically significant differences among study area attributed to gender and educational qualification. The statistical significant differences found were attributed to teaching experience in favor to the teaching experience (which exceeds 10 years) in the field of technology tools. The study recommends organizing workshops for the teachers to illustrate the importance of diversification in the strategies used in the teaching process. | ||
