| المستخلص: | البحث موجز لتطور العلاقات السياسية السورية - اللبنانية 1920 - 1958، حيث استعرضت أبرز المحطات والمنعطفات التي مرت بها الدولتان، وحاولت وضع القارئ في قلب هذه الأحداث حيث سيطرت على العلاقات منذ العام 1920 سمات النضال المشترك ضد الفرنسيين. بعد العام 1943 سيطرت هواجس عدة على العلاقات بين البلدين أهمها تثبيت الكيان الاستقلالي وشرعيته إقليمياً ودولياً، قامت الدولة اللبنانية على الديمقراطية البرلمانية وعلى صيغة التعايش الإسلامي - المسيحي. أما سورية فقد شهدت توجهات قومية وحدوية وبتأسيس الحياة السياسية على أساس النضال الوطني، مع العلم أنها لم تعرف استقراراً سياسياً، ونتج عنها تباين أثر على العلاقات السياسية والاقتصادية، وعندما يحدث خلاف بينهما على قضية ما تنفجر مشاكل عدة. الذي أثر على العلاقات السياسية أحداث عدة أولها إعلان قيام إسرائيل عام 1948، والانقلابات العسكرية في سورية بين عامي 1949 – 1954، وقيام الأحلاف الغربية 1950 - 1955، وإعلان قيام الجمهورية العربية المتحدة عام 1958. The study examines the developments of the Syrian - Lebanese political relations in 1920 - 1958. It reviewed the most important stations and turns of the two countries and tried to put the reader at the center of these events. Since 1920 the features of common struggle against the French control the scene of political relations. After 1943, several concerns dominated the relations between the two countries, the most important of which was the establishment of the independent entity and its legitimacy regionally and internationally. The Lebanese state established parliamentary democracy and the formula of Muslim - Christian coexistence. As for Syria, it has witnessed national and unitary trends and the establishment of political life on the basis of the national struggle. These relations have not reached political stability and has had a different effect on political and economic relations. When a dispute between Syria and Lebanon occurred about something several problems came out to the surface. several events influenced the political relations, the first of which was the declaration of Israel in 1948, the military coups in Syria between 1949 - 154, the formation of Western alliances 1950 - 1955, and the declaration of the United Arab Republic in 1958. |
