| المستخلص: | يتمثل هدفنا من خلال هذه الدراسة في جلب الانتباه والاهتمام إلى إحدى الصعوبات اللغوية والتواصلية التي يعاني منها العديد من المصابين بعرض داون إلا وهي الصعوبات التواصلية الناتجة عن عدم وضوح كلامهم، وكذا قصد إيجاد طريقة علاجية للتكفل بهذا الاضطراب تحترم وتتوافق وخصائص اضطراب وضوح الكلام لدى المصاب بعرض داون، حيث وقع اختيارنا على العلاج النغمي الإيقاعي لما يحتويه هذا الأخير من تقنيات إيقاعية نغمية وعروضية تخدم الاضطراب وعلى هذا الأساس تم تقديم برنامج علاجي بإدخال عامل جديد هو أغاني لأطفال الشعبية، تم تطبيق البرنامج على عينة متكونة من 6. حالات من المركز النفسي البيداغوجي سليم سليمة بالدويرة، حيث تبرهن النتائج المتحصل عليها على فعالية البرنامج المطبق Our objective through this study is to draw attention to the intelligibility disorder in children with Down's syndrome, and this for lack of studies and research on the subject of speech intelligibility and following this which was noted as difficulties in this group of children in a communication situation But also in order to try to find a means of remedying this problem, we propose a therapeutic means in line with the characteristics of the intelligibility disorder in people with Down's syndrome, and the abilities of the latter, this is why our choice it is focused on Melodic and Rhythmic Therapy compared to what the latter offers as techniques based on rhythm, melody and prosody of language. This last point was renovated by the introduction of a new element which is the Algerian COMPTINE and for that we studied the subject by the proposal of a melodico-rhythmic therapeutic program in the form of therapeutic sessions on a group composed of 06 case chosen at the "SalimSalima" Douera psycho-pedagogical center, Algiers. And the results of the study show the effectiveness of the therapeutic protocol in using the rhythm and melody of nursery rhymes to improve intelligibility in children with Down's syndrome. |
