| المستخلص: | تعديل الدستور المصري عام 2014 يستوجب تعديل القوانين واللوائح لتواكب أهدافه. وبالأحرى اللوائح الكشفية. فاللائحة الصادرة في 1975 رقم 234 بشأن الاتحاد العام للكشافة والمرشدات وجمعياته والتي عدل باب الجمعيات المركزية بها بلائحة أخرى في 2009 أغفلتا الكثير من احتياجات المجتمع والكشفية بوجه خاص وترتب عليه ازدواجية باللوائح مما يعيق تطوير العمل الكشفي فيستلزم وجود لائحة جديدة. وضع تصور مقترح لتطوير لائحة النشاط الكشفي والإرشادي في جمهورية مصر العربية. ويتحقق ذلك من خلال الإجابة على تساؤلات البحث: -رغبة عينة البحث في تطوير اللائحة القديمة في ضوء الهدف والمبادئ والطريقة للحركة الكشفية. The amendment of the Egyptian constitution in 2014 requires the amendment of laws and regulations to keep pace with its objectives. Rather scouting regulations. The decree issued in 1975, No. 234, concerning the General Union of Scouts and Girl Guides and its associations, which amended the door of central associations by another regulation in 2009, ignored many needs of the society and the Scouts in particular and resulted in duplication of regulations, which hinders the development of scouting work. Developing a proposed vision for the development of the regulation of scouting and Girl Guides activity in the Arab Republic of Egypt. This is achieved by answering the research questions: the desire of the research sample to develop the old regulation in light of the objective and principles and the way of scouting movement. |
