| 520 | |a هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على فعالية بعض جلسات إرشادية تقوم على أساليب المواجهة في تخفيف الضغوط النفسية لدى أمهات الأطفال المعاقين عقليا، واستخدم في البحث المنهج التجريبي القائم على المجموعتين "المجموعة الضابطة، المجموعة التجريبية"، بلغت عينة البحث الحالي (10) أمهات لأطفال من ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة ذوي الإعاقة العقلية بمدرسة التربية الفكرية بمدينة المنصورة، واستخدم في البحث مقياس الضغوط النفسية لدى أمهات الأطفال المعاقين (إعداد الباحثة) وجلسات إرشادية قائمة على أساليب مواجهة الضغوط النفسية (إعداد الباحثة)، وقد توصلت نتائج البحث إلى: وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات رتب درجات المجموعة التجريبية والمجموعة الضابطة في القياس البعدي على مقياس الضغوط النفسية لصالح المجموعة التجريبية، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات أفراد المجموعة التجريبية في القياسين القبلي والبعدي على مقياس الضغوط النفسية لصالح القياس البعدي، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات رتب أفراد المجموعة التجريبية في القياسين البعدي والتتبعي على مقياس الضغوط النفسية. | ||
| 520 | |b The current research aims to identify the effectiveness of some counseling sessions based on confrontational methods in relieving psychological pressures among mothers of mentally handicapped children. The experimental method based on the two groups "control group, experimental group" is used in the research. The current research sample reached (10) mothers for children from People with special needs with mental disabilities at the School of Intellectual Education in Mansoura, and uses in the current research a measure of psychological stress among mothers of disabled children (researcher preparation), and counseling sessions based on methods of coping with psychological stress (researcher preparation), and results have been reached The search for: the presence of statistically significant differences between the mean levels of the degrees of the experimental group and the control group in the telemetry on the psychological stress scale in favor of the experimental group, and the presence of statistically significant differences between the average scores of the members of the experimental group in the pre and post measurements on the psychological stress scale in favor of the post measurement And the absence of statistically significant differences between the averages of the members of the experimental group in the two dimensional and consecutive measurements on the psychological stress scale. | ||
