| المستخلص: | This research aims to identify the patterns of leadership behavior and its relationship to the teaching aptitude of physical education teachers in the Kafr Saad Education Department in Damietta Governorate, and the sample included (30) teachers in the different educational stages, and the researcher used the descriptive approach due to its suitability for the objectives of the study where the measure of leadership behavior patterns was used. Noting the teaching efficiency, and the most important results were the prevalence of the democratic style, which came to a large extent, at a rate of (84.40), followed by the dictatorial style, with a moderate degree, and a percentage (66.93), followed by the chaotic pattern, at a rate of (61.67). Democratic in favor of men, while there are non-statistically significant differences between leadership behavior patterns (dictatorial, chaotic), and there are statistically significant differences between physical education teachers according to the scientific qualification variable for the democratic and chaotic behavior in favor of academic qualification, and the results showed that the teaching competency card axes varied Its relative weight is between (53.80%) and (80.57%), and the first axis, which expresses the objectives of the lesson, came first with the weight of proportions E (80.57%), followed by the second axis, which expresses the lesson planning in second place with relative weight (78.67%), followed by the third axis, which expresses the implementation of the lesson in the third place with relative weight (75.93%), and the fourth axis came in the fourth place, which expresses On teaching methods, with relative weight (72.90%), while the fifth axis, which expresses lesson evaluation, came in last place with relative weight (53.80%). يهدف هذا البحث للتعرف على أنماط السلوك القيادي وعلاقتها بالكفاءة التدريسية لمعلمي التربية الرياضية بإدارة كفر سعد التعليمية بمحافظة دمياط، واشتملت العينة على (30) من المعلمين بالمراحل التعليمية المختلفة، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي نظرا لملائمته لأهداف الدراسة حيث تم استخدام مقياس أنماط السلوك القيادي، وبطاقة ملاحظة الكفاءة التدريسية، وكانت أهم النتائج شيوع النمط الديمقراطي حيث جاءت بدرجة كبيرة وبنسبة (84.40) يليه النمط الديكتاتوري بدرجة متوسطة ونسبة (66.93) يليه النمط الفوضوي بنسبة (61.67) كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الرجال والنساء من المعلمين في نمط السلوك الديمقراطي لصالح الرجال، بينما توجد فروق غير دالة احصائيا بين أنماط السلوك القيادي (الديكتاتوري، الفوضوي)، وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين معلمي التربية الرياضية وفقاً لمتغير المؤهل العلمي لنمط السلوك الديمقراطي والفوضوي لصالح المؤهل الدراسي، كما أظهرت النتائج أن محاور بطاقة الكفاءة التدريسية تراوح وزنها النسبي بين (53.80%) و (80.57%)، وجاء المحور الأول والذي يعبر عن أهداف الدرس في المرتبة الأولى بوزن نسبي (80.57%)، يليه المحور الثاني والذي يعبر عن تخطيط الدرس في المرتبة الثانية بوزن نسبى (87.67%)، ويليه المحور الثالث والذي يعبر عن تنفيذ الدرس في المرتبة الثالثة بوزن نسبي (75.93%)، وجاء في المرتبة الرابعة المحور الرابع والذي يعبر عن أساليب التدريس بوزن نسبي (72.90%)، بينما جاء المحور الخامس والذى يعبر عن تقويم الدرس في المرتبة الأخيرة بوزن نسبي (53.80%). |
