| المستخلص: | هذا البحث يتناول بالدراسة والتحليل عددا من الاستنباطات التي ذهب إليها المفسرون في الآيات القرآنية في عدد من أنواع العلوم. وقد أراد الباحث من خلال هذا البحث لفت الانتباه إلى دقة الاستنباط وبنائه على مقدمات علمية دقيقة بنى عليها المفسرون نظرهم وكان هذا الاستنباط مثار نقاش وطول بحث بين المفسرين سواء كان ذلك في الموافقة أو المخالفة، وظهر من خلال هذه النقاشات طول باع المفسرين في معرفة هذه المقدمات سواء كان ذلك في علم النحو أو البلاغة أو الأصول مع معرفة تأثير المذهب العقدي أو الفقهي في استنباط المفسر. إن مثل هذه النقاشات بين المفسرين وخاصة في الاستنباط الذي هو من أدق علوم الشريعة تفتح أنظار الباحثين والدارسين مع هذا التوسع في التدبر إلى عمق المعاني القرآنية وسعة الأصول الشرعية التي أشار إليها القرآن الكريم، وأهمية الآلات العلمية التي يبنى عليها الاستنباط. وكان من أهم نتائج البحث التي خرج بها الباحث أهمية الاستنباط بين علوم الشريعة ودقة العلماء فيه، مع عنايتهم بالأصول والمقدمات التي بني عليها وبيانهم لوجه الاستنباط، واستدراكهم على كل من تصدى لاستنباط من القرآن وتنبيههم على ذلك الاستنباط من جهة الصواب أو الغلط. This research deals with the study and analysis of a number of deductions that interpreters went to in the Quranic verses in a number of types of science. The researcher wanted through this research to draw attention to the accuracy of deduction and its construction on accurate scientific introductions upon which the interpreters built their view, and this deduction was the subject of discussion and lengthy research among interpreters, whether it was in approval or violation, and it appeared through these discussions the length of interpreters sold in knowing these introductions Be it in grammar, rhetoric, or fundamentals, with knowledge of the influence of dogmatic or juristic doctrine on the eligibility of the interpreter. It is like this Discussions between the interpreters, especially in the deduction which is one of the most accurate science of Sharia, opens the eyes of researchers and scholars with this expansion of reflection to the depth of the Qur'anic meanings and the scope of legal principles referred to by the Holy Qur’an, and the importance of the scientific machines upon which deduction is based. Among the most important results of the research that the researcher came out with was the importance of deduction between the science of Sharia and the accuracy of scholars in it, with their attention to the principles and premises on which it was based and their statement on the face of deduction, and their awareness of all those who addressed the deduction from the Qur’an and alerting them to that deduction in terms of right or wrong. |
