| 520 | |a الحمد لله وكفى وصلى الله وسلم على من ارتضى. إن ما يمر به العالم اليوم من انتشار وباء كورونا والذي ينتقل بالعدوى من التجمعات والتلاقي، والذي أثر بشكل كبير على سير الحياة الطبيعية، وأثر كذلك على التغير الكبير في أسلوب الحياة من فرض الحظر التام وإغلاق المدارس قبل نهاية العام الدراسي، وإكمال بعض المراحل بالتعلم عن بعد، وقيام الجهات الحكومية بفرض العمل من البيت، وتلاه منع الجهات الرسمية من الصلاة في المساجد وإغلاقها، والأمر بالصلاة في البيوت وحتى الجمعة وغيرها من الاحتياطات اللازمة لمنع انتشار ذلك الوباء. وقد كان التساؤل بين أوساط الناس عن حكم إقامة صلاة الجمعة بخطبتها في البيوت؟ ومعلوم أن صلاة الجمعة ليست كباقي الصلوات الخمس، فإن لها مزية خاصة كاجتماع المسلمين في مكان واحد، والاغتسال لها والتطيب ولبس أحسن الثياب، وفيها الخطبة، وساعة استجابة والتشديد على من ترك الجمعة في المسجد بلا عذر، وكذلك فهي لا تقضى إذا فات وقتها وإنما تصلى ظهرا، وغيرها من المزايا التي لا تكون لغيرها. وكذلك فإن من شروط صحة صلاة الجمعة أن تقام الصلاة في المساجد، والقول بعد جواز صحة صلاة الجمعة خارج المسجد، وقد سبق ذكر أقوال العلماء في ذلك والإجماع على ذلك الرأي، وأيضا فإن تعدد الجمع في البلد الواحد لا يجوز إن لم يكن حاجة ملحة لذلك كضيق المسجد، وكثرة المصلين واتساع البلد وإذا قلنا بجواز إقامة صلاة الجمعة في البيوت فإننا نخالف تلك الشروط المتفق عليها. لذا كان القول بعدم جواز وصحة صلاة الجمعة في البيوت، وأن الواجب أن تصلى ظهرا حتى يأذن الله بكشف الغمة وزوال الوباء. | ||

It is known that the Friday prayer is not like the other five prayers, because it has a special advantage, such as meeting Muslims in one place, washing for them, finishing and wearing the best clothes, and the sermon, and the hour of response and stress on those who leave Friday in the mosque without excuse, and also they do not spend if they miss their time but pray at noon, And other benefits that are not for others. Likewise, one of the conditions for validity of Friday prayer is that prayer is held in mosques, and saying after it is permissible to perform Friday prayer outside the mosque, and scholars ’statements have been previously mentioned in that and consensus on that opinion. , The number of worshipers and the breadth of the country If we say that it is permissible to perform Friday prayers at home, we violate these agreed conditions. So the saying was that it is not permissible and correct for the Friday prayer in the homes, and that it is obligatory to pray at noon until God permits to expose the cloud and the epidemic is gone.
