| المستخلص: | موضوع البحث الحالي هو النمو الحضري في ضوء النظريات السوسيولوجية وعلاقته بالعولمة. ولدراسة هذا الموضوع الهام كان لابد من إلقاء الضوء على ماهية مفهوم العولمة، من حيث التعريف والخصائص والآثار المترتبة عليها. أيضا تضمن البحث موضوع النمو الحضري، وذلك من حيث: التعريف والخصائص والنظريات المرتبطة والمفسرة للنمو الحضري. ثم انتقل البحث لتوضيح تأثير العولمة على النمو الحضري والمشكلات التي تخلقها في بنية المدينة، وذلك من خلال عرض مجموعة من الاعتبارات الأكثر تأثيراً للعولمة على النمو الحضري، ومن ثم التعرض إلى مجموعة من الأبعاد التي توضح علاقة العولمة بالتحول الحضري، والى انتشار المدن كظاهرة عالمية ومدى تأثيرها السلبي على الحياة الاجتماعية خاصة في الدول النامية والفقيرة. كذلك تضمن البحث السياسات والإجراءات الخاصة بالتحول الحضري في ضوء التحديات العولمية، والتي من أبرزها: تشجيع نمو مدن المشاريع الحرة وإضافة الخدمات الحضرية الأساسية لإقامة مستوطنات بشرية مناسبة بيئيا وصحيا، والأخذ بسياسة الاستثمار في تلبية خدمات فقراء الحضر وحماية مصالحهم. وأخيرا تناول البحث موضوع التنمية المستدامة الذي يؤدي إلى فهم العلاقة بين التنمية والاعتبارات البيئية والاجتماعية والثقافية والأخلاقية. وبالتالي فهم التحضر المستدام الذي يؤدي إلى مدن مستدامة باعتباره أمرا حاسما للتنمية المستدامة الوطنية والعالمية. The subject of the current research is the urban growth in light of the sociological theories and its relation with globalization. To study this important topic, it was necessary to shed light on what is the concept of globalization, in terms of definition, characteristics, and its implications. The research also included the topic of urban growth, in terms of: the definition, characteristics and theories related and explained to urban growth. Then the research moved to clarify the impact of globalization on urban growth and the problems that it creates in the city's structure, by presenting a set of the most influential considerations of globalization on urban growth, and then exposure to a set of dimensions that explain the relationship of globalization to urban transformation, and to the spread of cities as a global phenomenon and the extent of its negative impact on social life, especially in developing and poor countries. The research also included the policies and measures related to urban transformation in the light of global challenges. Finally, the research dealt with the subject of sustainable development, which leads to understanding the relationship between development and environmental, social, cultural and ethical considerations. This will lead to understand sustainable urbanization and sustainable cities as a crucial element for national and global sustainable development. |
