| 520 | |a النصرة هي: الإعانة على تحصيل مطلوب أو دفع مرهوب، وهي من فروض الكفاية، وتكون لله ولرسوله ولأئمة المسلمين وعامتهم ولغيرهم من المظلومين، ويهدف البحث إلى بيان علاقة النصرة بما يشابهها من المصطلحات. الجهاد، دفع الصائل، الحسبة. وبين أن النصرة أعم وهذه الأفراد تدخل تحتها وبين البحث الفروق بين هذه المصطلحات .ويتناول البحث طرق النصرة وأنها تكون بالقول والفعل والكف عن الفعل. ويتناول شروط وجوبها، ويبين المستحق للنصرة وأنها تكون: للدين ولولي أمر المسلمين وللأفراد من المسلمين وغيرهم. وهدف البحث بيان دور النصرة في حفظ نظام الأمة وبين أنها تحقق مقصد حفظ نظام الأمة من جانب الوجود: بتحصيل المصالح واجتناب المفاسد. ومن جانب العدم: بسدّ ثلمات الهرج والفتن والاعتداء. وتحقق ا لمقاصد الضرورية، وتحقق مقاصد الشرع التي تدعو إلى التعاون والأخوة والموالاة. ويتناول البحث قضايا فقهية يبرز فيها دور النصرة في حفظ نظام الأمة من خلال الأمر بالمعروف والنهي عن المنكر، والموقف من السجين السياسي، وتطبيق الحدود، وتنظيم العلاقة بين الحاكم والمحكوم. | ||
| 520 | |b The purpose of victory is to get what is needed or to get rid of what is phobic which is a sufficient duty for the God, his prophet, the imams of the Muslims and their community and others who are oppressed. The purpose of the research is to explain the relationship of the victory with similar related terms: Jihad, assailant and rewards. It was found that the victory is more general and these individuals are included under its category in addition that the research showed the differences between those terms. The research deals with the methods of the victory which is by deeds and actions. It deals with the conditions of obligation, and shows the feature of the victory and that it is: for religion, the ruler of Muslims, Muslims and others. The purpose of the research is to protect the nation’s regulation and its purposes from the aspect of existence: by taking advantage of interests and avoiding abuses, and on the side of nothingness: by blocking the aspects of agitation, temptations and aggression. In addition, to achieve the necessary purposes and laws ones that calls for cooperation, brotherhood and loyalty. The research deals with doctrinal issues in which the role of victory in the preservation of the nation regulation is highlighted through the promotion of virtue and forbidding what is evil, the attitude of the political prisoner, the application of sanctions and regulate the relationship between the ruler and the ruled. | ||
