| المستخلص: | هدف البحث إلى تقييم دور مؤسسات الرعاية الاجتماعية في تحقيق الأمن الأسري للأيتام الملتحقين بها. وذلك لأهمية الدور الذي تقوم به مؤسسات الرعاية في تنشئة عدد كبير من الأطفال وتقديم العديد من الخدمات لهم سواء كانت خدمات صحية أو تعليمية أو غذائية أو غير ذلك من الخدمات الهامة. إلى جانب ذلك نجد أيضا أهمية دور مؤسسات الرعاية في خلق جو أسري للأيتام الملتحقين بها ولذلك من أجل جعلهم أشخاص صالحون في المجتمع. وبناء على ذلك تم تطبيق استمارة استبيان على العاملين بمؤسسات الرعاية الاجتماعية بمحافظة الفيوم بعنوان "فعالية مؤسسات الرعاية الاجتماعية في تحقيق الأمن الأسري للأيتام الملتحقين بها" المكونة من أربعة أبعاد فرعية وهي: دور مؤسسات الرعاية الاجتماعية في توفير الخدمات الأساسية للأيتام-دور مؤسسات الرعاية الاجتماعية في توفير بيئة أسرية بديلة-دور مؤسسات الرعاية الاجتماعية في توفير بيئة آمنة-دور مؤسسات الرعاية الاجتماعية في توفير الخدمات للخارجين منها. وتلك الأبعاد المكونة من (59) عبارة. إلى جانب عمل مقابلة مع الايتام الملتحقين بالمؤسسات الرعاية الاجتماعية وذلك من أجل معرفة دور مؤسسات الرعاية الاجتماعية في توفير الأمن الأسري لهم. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الكمي والكيفي في تحليل وتفسير نتائج البحث، وتوصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج كان أهمها بروز دور مؤسسات الرعاية في توفير جميع الخدمات الأساسية لتحقيق الأمن الأسري للأيتام الملتحقين بها. The aim of the research is to evaluate the role of social welfare institutions in achieving family security for orphans enrolled in them. This is due to the importance of the role that care institutions play in raising a large number of children and providing them with many services, whether health, educational, food or other important services. In addition to that, we also find the importance of the role of care institutions in creating a family atmosphere for orphans who are enrolled in them, and therefore in order to make them good people in society. Accordingly, a questionnaire form was applied to workers in social welfare institutions in Fayoum governorate entitled “The effectiveness of social care institutions in achieving family security for orphans enrolled in them” consisting of four sub-dimensions, namely: the role of social welfare institutions in providing basic services to orphans - the role of social welfare institutions in Providing an alternative family environment - the role of social care institutions in providing a safe environment - the role of social care institutions in providing services to those outside them. Those dimensions are made of (59) phrases. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the quantitative and qualitative method in analyzing and interpreting the results of the research, and the research reached a set of results, the most important of which was the emergence of the role of care institutions in providing all basic services to achieve family security for orphans enrolled in them.
